附睾 epididymis

由圆形精子细胞变为蝌蚪状精子的过程。
主要变化：
• 细胞核浓缩，移向一侧，形成精子 的头。
• 高尔基复合体增大凹陷盖于核的头 端，形成顶体。
• 中心体移至核的尾侧，并发出由 9+2组微管构成的轴丝。
• 线粒体汇聚到轴丝近段的周围，盘 绕成螺旋形的线粒体鞘。
• 多余的胞质脱落。
精子(spermatozoon)：形似扩大蝌蚪，长约60，分头、尾两部。 形态结构特点：

精子形成(spermiogenosis):
•吞噬、消化精子形成过程中脱落的残余胞质。
•其紧密连接是构成血-生精小管屏障的主要结构。
•胚胎时期分泌的抗中肾旁管激素可抑制中肾旁管发育，使其逐渐退化。

一、卵巢的功能
（一）卵巢的生卵作用 卵泡（ovarian follicle）是卵巢的基本功能單位，由卵母細胞和卵 泡細胞組成。 卵巢週期：青春期開始後，在下 丘腦-腺垂體-性腺軸的調控下， 原始卵泡開始發育，卵巢的形態 和功能發生週期性的變化，稱為 卵巢週期。

3. 孕激素的生理作用：孕酮的絕大部分作用需要在雌激素作用 的基礎上才能發揮。 （1）影響生殖器官的生長發育和功能： ➢促使增生期子宮內膜轉化為分泌期，為受精卵著床提供適宜環境。 ➢降低子宮肌細胞膜的興奮性，降低對縮宮素的敏感性（保胎）。 （2）促進乳腺發育 （3）升高基礎體溫 （4）其他作用

二、卵巢功能的調節
（一）月經週期 月經（menstruation）：在卵巢激素週期性分泌的影響下，子宮 內膜發生週期性剝落，產生流血的現象。 月經週期（menstrual cycle）：月經具有明顯的週期性，約一個 月出現一次。 月經週期中子宮內膜週期性的變化一般分為月經期、增生期和分泌 期三期。

1. 雌激素的生理作用 （1）對生殖器官的作用 1）卵巢：協同FSH促進卵泡發育
2）子宮：促進子宮發育，增加子宮平滑肌對縮宮素的敏感性。 3）輸卵管：促進輸卵管發育和節律性收縮，有利於精子與卵子的 運行。 4）陰道：促進陰道黏膜上皮細胞增生、角化，糖原含量增多。糖 原分解使陰道內保持酸性環境（陰道自淨作用）。

• Uterine cycle: prepares uterus for pregnancy
