光荣的华丰——纪念华丰公司建厂90周年作者：吴东斌来源：《中国军转民》 2019年第10期吴东斌源远流长的浑河水，见证着一个军工企业的成长进步；富饶肥沃的黑土地，孕育着一个兵工企业的血脉灵魂。

这是一个忠诚于党、忠诚于兵器，在国防现代化建设和火工品研发生产领域具有不可替代作用的企业；这是一个崇尚科技、勇于创新，在我国常规与特种火工品研发生产中做出突出贡献的企业；这是一个敢打硬仗、勇于亮剑，具有光辉历史和丰厚文化底蕴的企业。

这家光荣的企业，就是辽宁北方华丰特种化工有限公司。

艰苦创业，建成我国第一个火工品生产基地1948 年11 月，抚顺解放。

历经近20 年日伪统治的工厂回到了党和人民的怀抱，结束了曲折的斗争史，开始了新生。

1953 年，新中国第一个五年计划的第一年。

当时工厂的生产规模不断扩大，科学技术有较大发展，企业管理水平有很大提高，同年学习苏联经验，引进苏联先进技术，“制式化”在全厂展开。

经过3 年努力，工厂扩建改建了火工品、药剂等四条生产线，增加了理化分析检测手段，建立了产品验收系统。

通过推行产品“制式化”工厂发生了一系列翻天覆地的变化：建立了新型的火工品药剂生产体系，试制成功氮化铅药剂系列，开辟了我国火工起爆药剂生产的新纪元；试制成功火焰雷管及针刺雷管等一大批火工品，建立了多条军品生产线；建立起与火工品、药剂相适应的中型理化室，建立了保证产品的理化分析检验体系；建立起火工产品性能试验室，使火工品性能实验向科学化迈进了一大步；建立了初具规模的计量鉴定起系；对冲压车间进行了全面技术改造，实现了多冲化、自动化和连续化；对工厂安全环境设备管理进行了全面改造，建立健全了完整的安全生产管理体系；培养造就了一大批德才兼备的技术人才。

正当工厂与全国兄弟企业一样如火如荼搞建设时，西方敌对国家发出了战争威胁。

为了打破战争威胁，建立强大的国防，让中华民族昂首屹立于世界东方，国家决定发展导弹。

为导弹研发生产火工品的光荣使命历史地落到了华丰人身上。

长虹集团控股公司中除长虹股份公司外的主要子公司1，四川世纪双虹显示器件有限公司四川世纪双虹显示器件有限公司由四川长虹电子集团有限公司与彩虹集团股份有限公司共同出资组建。

注册资本180,000万元，长虹集团公司持有80%股份。

该公司的经营范围为彩色显示器件及配套材料、电子器件的研究、开发、制造和销售，未来产品包括42XGA、50XGA 和80XGAPDP 模组。

该公司的目标是打造“中国第一、世界一流”的显示器件生产基地，目前的主要业务是支持四川虹欧显示器件有限公司发展PDP 产业以及从事PDP 项目的研发。

2010 年末，该公司总资产213,457 万元，负债合计28,382 万元，所有者权益合计185,075 万元，2010 年度营业收入23,855 万元，净利润-12,072 万元；2011 年9 月末，该公司总资产198,388 万元，负债合计28,133 万元，所有者权益合计170,255 万元，2011 年1-9 月营业收入15,862 万元，净利润-12,509 万元。

导致该公司最近一年及一期净利润为负的主要原因一方面是该公司下设北京PDP 研发中心在成立初期研发能力不足，部分研发成果在技术上不具有可行性，导致研发成本过高；另一方面是该公司投资的四川虹欧处于项目回收初期，投资成本尚未收回且折旧和摊销数额较大，导致净利润为负。

随着PDP 产品的良品率的上升和边际贡献的实现，量产规模效应开始显现，2011 年7 月起该公司已开始扭亏转盈。
