四.典题赏析:
例1、I study for a test by working with friends 我通过和朋友一起学习来准备考试"by+n\doing\pron(代词)表示通过手段、方式或方法做…可以用来回答how引导的特殊疑问句。by的用法大致有一下几种:
(1)、表位置:“在……旁边;靠近……”He sits by the window. (他坐在窗户旁边)
(2)、表时间“到……为止,不迟于……”He will come back by noon. (他中午之前就回来)
(3)、表“乘……,通过……” He goes to school by subway.
(4)、与反身代词连用表示“单独,独自”
I can solve the problem by myself. (我能独立解出这道难题)
(5)用于被动结构“由,被”The environment is destroyed by pollution.(环境被污染破坏)
例2、It's too hard to understand the voices.
1.此句有一句型 It's + adj. +(for sb.) + to do sth.

2.短语too…to 意为"____________________"结构为 too +adj. +to do sth 可用not …enough to do 和 so… that 句式改写 Eg:他太小了,不能自己穿衣服。(用三种句型翻译)

例3、What about reading aloud to practice pronunciation

what 可用________来代替。
为 adv.意为“出声地”指使人听见而发音,常与read连用,强调从不出声到出声,别人能听得见,但声音不一定很大,无比较级和最高级。loud强调声音响亮,常与spead, talk, sing,
laugh连用,有adj.和adv的特点常用比较级。Loudly adv.“大声地,喧闹地”声音不悦耳,有时可用loud互换。

本句型形式上是否定的,实际上是建议对方做某事。其常用形式也可以是
Why not +动词原形 所以本句也可以换成 Why not join an English language club ……..另外,在实际运用过程中可以用更简单的说法Why not
Eg: 让我们去踢足球,好吗
--Let’s go to play football, shall we
--Why not为什么不呢
