一、教材分析
1本单元出自人教版九年级全一册,围绕protecting the environment的话题展开各种教学活动。主要帮助学生通过各种活动,运用已学知识来谈论environmental protection,使我们的地球环境更加美好。
2本节课Rethink, Reuse,Recycle!为section B中的阅读课。前面section A已经学过kinds of pollution and ways of solving these problems.此节课进一步讨论保护环境的一种措施:节俭,用自己智慧变废为宝。
二、学生分析
1本节课话题贴近生活实际,与人们生活息息相关;而且在学习完section A的基础上,学生积累了大量protecting environment的素材,他们有话可说,并愿意说。
2语言知识方面,大部分学生已经掌握了表达自己观点的句式结构:we
should...we’d better...It’s a good way ...
3技能方面,学生已经学过skimming. Scanning, predicting等阅读技能。
三、教学目标
1知识目标:1)学生能够理解运用以下单词和短语:put to good use, build out
of, pull down, throw away, set up等
2)复习运用练习be+v~ed
2技能目标:1)学生能够理解the main idea of the passage and find out the

教材分析
本单元带领学生了解了一些有关地球污染,动物濒危等问题。并且教给大家如何保护濒危动物,如何通过回收利用等方式来保护地球。本单元主要复习语法内容为情态动词和动词形式变化。本课主要带领大家进行语法复习,巩固语法知识。
