1 范围

本指南规定了高速公路路面养护工程高聚物注浆施工的术语和定义、路面检测、注浆材料、注浆设备和机具、注浆及注浆布孔方案、施工工艺、水泥路面板底注浆、注浆结合沥青面层铣刨修复、质量控制与验收。

本指南适用于高速公路路面养护工程高聚物注浆技术应用的设计、施工及验收。

3 术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1路面高聚物注浆

通过向道路结构体内注射多组份高聚物材料,浆材迅速发生化学反应,体积膨胀并形成泡沫状固体,填充结构中的空隙,挤密周围松散基层,增强路面结构的整体性,实现快速、微创防治路面内部病害。

3.2横缝密集度

调查路段长度内横缝的数量,即横缝数量与调查路段长度的比值,单位:条/100m。 4 路面检测

4.1对原路面的路况进行检测、评价,依据调查与评价结果确定注浆养护维修方案。

4.2 对原路面的车辙、裂缝、平整度、抗滑性能、局部破损(坑槽、推移、拥包、泛油)都应检测、调查,作为路面维修养护措施选择的依据。检测项目与频率应符合表1的规定。

4.3 对于路面有裂缝路段,在距裂缝0.30m处加测弯沉值,横缝单侧测2-3点,纵缝根据纵缝长度测3-5点。

4.4 利用落锤式弯沉仪和探地雷达确定路面结构脱空的位置和程度。

4.5 在施工过程中,应不间断的对路况进行巡查,必要时进行检测,根据路况实施动态设计或及时调整施工方案。

5 注浆材料

5.1 高聚物注浆材料应具有质轻、耐腐蚀、强度高、耐久性好的特性。

5.2 注浆材料抗压强度宜在15-25MPa之间,抗压回弹模量300-500MPa宜在之间。

5.3 参照《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》(JTG_E20-2011)中的单轴压缩试验(圆柱体法),测定试件的抗压回弹模量和抗压强度。

5.4 试件为100mm×100mm(高度×直径)的圆柱体。制作圆柱体试件时,采用钢板制作可拆卸试模,在圆柱体的圆形顶面和棱柱体的30×250mm的侧面留有注浆孔,通过注浆孔向试模内注浆。注浆结束后,需等浆液完全成型并冷却后再拆开试模,
