Many girls try to get slim. If you are a member of them, pay attention (注意) to the

following five points first.

1. Find a healthy body weight.

First, you need to learn what a healthy weight is for you. If you come from a big-boned (骨骼大的) family, then a healthy body weight for you may be a little higher than what is for

someone else.

2. Take control of your body.

You have to be active (积极的) for 60 minutes a day. You also have to eat several kinds of

vegetables and fruits a day.

3. Be patient (耐心的).
