Teaching aims and demands :
1. language target:
a) To review the topic of vacation (8A Unit 10 & 7B Unit 10) and the adjectives to modify vacation.
b) To learn and get known some places: Florida, Amazon jungle, Niagara falls, etc.
c) To master the new words: tiring, educational, peaceful, fascinating, thrilling, touristy, trek, take it easy.
d) To master the sentence patterns: Where would you like to visit? I’d like to…/ I hope to…And students can understand the sentence pattern: I love places where the weather is warm.
2. Skill aims:
a) Students can talk about their national vacation.
b) Students can tell where they would like to travel and give reasons.
c) Students can read the travel ads and get information.
d) Students can listen and get information about where to travel and its reason.
e) Students can plan a vacation and write down the schedule.

Step Ⅰ. warming up
Enjoy a video about the famous scenic spots in the world.
Have a free talk about the past golden week.
T: How was your vacation? What did you do in the vacation?
Students answer using the simple past tense.
Step Ⅱ. Guessing Game:
T: It seems that you had a relaxing holiday. Did you know what I did in the vacation?
Let students guess with the help of photos.
Ss: did you watch TV at home/ go sightseeing/ do the laundry/ go to the museum/ go to the beach/ read books/ go to the amusement park?
T: yes! How do you think of it?
S1: I think it’s boring / fun/ touristy/ tiring/ educational/ fascinating/ peaceful/ thrilling...

Step Ⅲ. Presentation:.
T: I don’t like my past vacation and I hope to plan a better vacation next time. Would you like to go to the travel agency and get more information? (Show some posters) I get some posters. Let’s see where are they? How do you think of it? What can we do here?
