维修指南
制动衬片检查
z 每年至少两次拆卸车轮换位时，都要检查盘式制 动器的制动衬片。
z 查看卡钳两端，检查外衬片两端。磨损最大的部 位通常再现在端部。
z 检查内衬片的厚度，以确保未出现早期磨损。通 过卡钳顶部的窗口查看内衬片。
z 前、后盘式制动器均有磨损指示器，当衬片磨损 量低至规格以下时产生噪声。磨损指示器属于外 衬片的组成部分。当衬片磨损时，磨损指示器接 触制动盘并产生警告噪声，如图所示。

安装程序
重要注意事项：在安装新制动衬片前，用变性酒精清理 卡钳护罩外表面。
1. 若想安装新制动衬片，用一个 C 形卡箍将活塞压 缩到卡钳缸套底部。
重要注意事项：用小平刃工具撬动活塞旁的内缘卡钳护 罩，以放出困住的空气。
2. 确保活塞护罩低于活塞表面。
