本设计的任务要求是日产5000吨水泥熟料系统水泥磨系统工艺设计。做这个设计的主要是我们在水泥厂里实习的车间是水泥磨,设计要求我们结合自己单位的实际,来设计一套水泥磨系统

本设计通过在自己单位的实际生产中遇到的问题和系统上一些不合理的工艺生产流程,将其问题进行解决和进行改进

本次设计一个年产160万吨普通硅酸盐水泥厂水泥粉磨车间。在这次设计中,以国内外先进的生产工艺和技术装备以及经验参数为基础,以节能降耗和保护环境为原则,并结合生产实际,采用了先进和合理的生产工艺流程及设备,同时进行了合理的全厂总平面布置和重点车间布置。

本次设计生产的水泥是PO42.5。

1)5000t/d熟料的水泥厂配料设计、物料平衡计算;

2)5000t/d熟料的水泥厂设备选型计算和主机生产能力平衡计算;

3)5000t/d熟料的水泥厂水泥磨系统工艺设计说明书的编制;

4)5000t/d熟料的水泥厂工艺流程图及水泥磨系统工艺布置图设计。
