公关广告(APR )是公共关系广告(Advertise Public Relaion)的简称。
公关广告又称组织性广告或声誉性广告。
公关广告既然是一种广告形式,当然也具有广告活动的一般规律,但公关广告的性质又与其他广告有所不同。
公关广告虽然仍以推销为核心,但其推销的对象不仅仅是商品,而更重要的是形象与声誉。
这种推销虽然有硬性的目标内涵,但更多的追求是“软性”目标。
