基于随机需求的多级供应链网络优化模型的研究

【摘要】通过对多产品、多级供应链网络的分析，提出了一种基于随机需求的多
级供应链网络的优化模型。
采用非线性混合整数数学规划方法，得到的供应链成本最小。
针对在供应链中需求的多变性，应用反馈控制器来维持所有节点的产品库存，以此达到供应链的稳定。
最后，应用仿真分析了反馈控制器对降低不稳定性的效果。

随机需求下两条供应链的货架展示量竞争与链内协调研究徐兵;孙刚【摘要】Two supply chains(SCs) providing substitute products are studied. Each SC consists of one manufacturer and one retailer. Under the assumption that the total stochastic demand of two products depends on their aggregate shelf-display-quantity, and the demand of each product is in proportion to its shelf-display-quantity, we make researches on the competition equilibrium of shelf - display - quantity and ordering between two SCs in three cases that both SCs are decentralized or centralized SCs, or they are one decentralized SC and one centralized SC by using the equilibrium analysis method. Corresponding EPEC, MPEC and Nash equilibrium models are set up respectively. How to coordinate one SC under SC competition by designing suitable contracts is analyzed. Two contracts such as buy-back plus linear subsidy contract and revenue - sharing plus linear subsidy contract are put forward, which can coordinate retailers both shelf - display -quantity and ordering decisions. CVaR 准则下双渠道供应链订货与信息搭便车行为徐兵;刘露【期刊名称】《工业工程》【年(卷),期】2014(000)005【摘要】A study is conducted on the information free-riding behavior of the direct-sale channel on inter-net controlled by one manufacturer to the traditional retail channel controlled by one retailer in one dual-channel supply chain ( DCSC ) .Assuming that the demand is random and dependent on retailer′s informa-tion service level , the centralized and decentralized decision models of DCSC are set up when both manu -facturer and retailer are risk-averse by using the CVaR criterion and the equilibrium analysis method .One buy-back plus information service subsidy contract is put forward to coordinate this DCSC by using the con -tract theory .The numerical simulation demonstrates the reasonability of the proposed models and feasibility of the coordinative contracts .It shows that the introduction of direct-channel is a double-edged sword for DCSC , which can attract the potential demand , but the large-scale demand transfer from the retail channel to direct-sale channel should be avoided;the enhancement of information free-riding behavior of direct-sale channel benefits all agents of DCSC; the more risk-averse decision-makers are , the less order quantities are, which lowers the profits of manufacturer , retailer and the whole supply chain;the decisions of DCSCwith risk-averse decision-makers are identical to those with risk-neutral members when the risk-averse fac-tor equals to one .%研究双渠道供应链中生产商负责的网上直销渠道对零售商负责的传统零售渠道的信息服务搭便车行为。

随着消费升级和电子商务领域的不断发展，网络购物的需求不断增长，供应链网络结构变得复杂。
本文针对网购供应链网络存在的问题，提出了一种基于均衡模型的网络结构分析和优化方法。
通过分析中心节点的影响力和节点之间的关联度，建立了网络均衡模型来评估供应链网络的稳定性和效率。
实验结果表明，该模型可以有效提高供应链网络的效率和稳定性，提高消费者的满意度和企业的竞争力。
关键词：网购供应链网络，均衡模型，关联度，效率，稳定性Abstract: Online shopping has become an indispensable part of people's daily life. With the upgrading of consumption and the continuous development of e-commerce, the demand for online shopping is growing, which makes the supply chain network structure more complex. In view of the problems existing in the online shopping supply chain network, this paper proposes a new network structure analysis and optimization method based on the equilibrium model. By analyzing the influence of the central node and the degree of correlation between nodes, the network equilibrium model is established to evaluate the stability and efficiency of the supply chain network. 【摘要】研究了在电子商务环境下产品存在现货市场时,由供应商和制造商组成的两层供应链网络在两阶段交易情况下的均衡问题.模型考虑了供应链同一层次企业间存在竞争和不同层次企业间存在交易成本的情况,研究了两阶段交易网络均衡问题,建立了供应商和制造商的决策模型,给出了求解算法并做了算例分析.求解得到的均衡产量、订货量和均衡价格对供应链上企业决定生产规模和销售价格等,均有指导意义.

基于多列供应链框架的多货种多方式区域运输网络均衡模型何胜学(上海理工大学，管理学院，上海，200093)lovellhe@摘要：要系统的分析区域综合运输网络，就要对网络中众多决策者的行为及其决策行为的相关性加以研究，并结合网络多货种多方式的特征，对网络的最终均衡状态做出合理预测。
网络中决策者间存在的合作竞争关系可以利用多列供应链网络加以分析，而网络流量模式的常用预测模型是战略规划层面的区域运输网络优化模型。
将上述两者结合，可以将运输网络中的运量生成、运量分布以及运输路径选择组合在一个模型中进行分析，从而避免分离式分析可能产生的流量模式预测结果的不一致性问题。
具体做法是：以多列供应链网络为框架，依次对生产厂家、分销零售商以及消费者的决策行为加以分析；以实际的运输网络为基础对运输线路加以选择；最后，利用变分不等式工具实现整合网络中分散式决策行为的目的，得到区域综合运输网络的均衡模型。
通过对新模型含义的解释，深化对区域运输网络均衡状态下各种决策因素间依存关系的认识。
数值例子进一步验证了模型的合理性与求解算法的有效性。

At the same time the flow pattern in the multi-commodity multi-mode traffic network should be predicted in reason. The cooperation and competition among decision-makers can be modeled in multi-tier supply chain. The network optimization model is generally considered to be very appropriate for the prediction of multi-commodity flows in a multi-mode network. Through combining the multi-tiered supply chain model with the network optimization model, one model can be got which combines the freight flow generation, the flow distribution and the path choice. Firstly based on the framework of the multi-tiered supply chain, the decision-making behaviors of manufactures, retailers and consumers are analyzed in turn. Secondly traffic paths are chosen in actual transportation network. Finally, decentralization decision-makings are grouped into the network equilibrium model by using variational inequality. Through explaining the items of the new model, the dependent relationship in various decision-making factors is made clear under the network equilibrium state. 【摘要】针对双渠道供应链中同一产品在不同渠道间的替代性,运用报童问题的分析框架,在制造商为主方的Stackelberg对策博弈下,研究了传统渠道和电子渠道间的库存协调问题.建立了能够协调双渠道供应链的两方收益共享契约模型,给出了实现双渠道供应链协调时,契约参数之间满足的关系表达式.最后通过算例验证了所设计的两方收益共享契约对双渠道供应链协调的有效性.
