Title Unit 7 After school

Textbook

analysis Unit7 is in the middle of BookⅥ. In this unit

there are five phrases and two new sentence

patterns. Through this unit, the students can ask

others about their life after school.

Teaching

aims a.Through using the cards, video and ppt, students

can read, say, listen, and write: play sports, go

swimming, visit friends, go shopping and watch

TV.

b. By using video, students can understand, read,

write, and use the sentences“Do you...?”and“Yes,

I do./No, I don’t.”

c. By listening, reading and role play, students can

listen, read and act out the conversation. And ask

others about their life after school freely.

d. After this unit, students love their lives.

Show a picture to the students and ask “Do you

know her?”

T: This is my good friend. Her house is near my

home. So I often visit friends after school. Do you

T: What do you usually do with your friends?

T: I often go shopping with my friends. We can

buy fruit, vegetables, clothes and so on. We are

very happy when we go shopping. Do you go

shopping after school?

Ss:Yes, I do./No, I don’t.

Teach other phrases in the same way.

Work in pairs and make up a dialogue with

“Do you ...... ? Yes, I do./No, I don’t.” Show

a picture.

Ask 7 groups to act.

Learn the conversation.
