目录收录论文数将作为科研产出年度统计指标。

为进一步引导提升我院论文的学术水平与影响力，在不同学科领域内开展较为客观公正的论文评价，逐渐改变仅“以刊论文”的评价方式，现筛选了一批农业相关高水平学术期刊，结合我院重点学科领域进行分类，在广泛征求意见的基础上，形成了《中国农业科学院院选核心期刊目录》，该目录由《院选SCI核心期刊目录》和《院选中文核心期刊目录》组成。

物理学研究物质的性质和运动规律，化学研究物质的组成和性质变化，地球科学研究地球的形成、演化和各种地质现象，生物学研究生物体的结构、功能和演化。
2. 工程技术工程技术学科是研究工程设计、制造、施工等过程中的理论与技术问题的学科，主要包括机械工程、电子工程、材料科学与工程、能源科学与工程等学科。
机械工程研究机械设备的设计、制造和运行，电子工程研究电子器件和电路的设计和应用，材料科学与工程研究材料的组成、结构和性质，能源科学与工程研究能源的转化和利用。
