2. 将电动机电缆连接到端子96 (U)、97 (V)、98 (W) 上。
3. 使用附件包中的螺钉连接去耦板上的接地线(端子99)。
4. 将端子96 (U)、97 (V)、98 (W) 和电动机电缆插入标有MOTOR(电动机)的端子。
5. 使用附件包中的螺钉和垫圈将屏蔽电缆固定到去耦板上。
2、电气安装图注:控制电缆必须带有屏蔽/铠装。
3、最终设置与测试要对设置进行测试并且确保FC 300 运行,请执行以下步骤。
步骤1. 找到电动机铭牌。
步骤2. 在该列表中输入电动机铭牌数据。
1. 电动机功率[kW] 参数1-202. 电动机电压参数1-223. 电动机频率参数1-234. 电动机电流参数1-245. 电动机额定转速参数1-25步骤3. 启动自动电动机调整,AMA建议运行AMA 以确保获得最佳性能。
AMA 会测量来自图表(相当于电动机模型)的数据。
1. 启动FC 300,并激活AMA 参数1-29。
2. 选择是运行完整的还是精简的AMA。
如果安装了LC 滤波器,则只能运行精简的AMA。
3. 按[OK](确认)键。
显示器显示"Press hand to start"(按手动键开始)。
4. 按[Hand on](手动)键。
位于显示器底部的进度条表明是否正在运行AMA。
步骤4. 设置速度极限和加减速时间根据需要设置速度和加减速时间极限。

1.2检查与安全注意事项FC300系列变频器在出厂之前已经过测试和品质检验,在购买之后。
拆箱之前请检查产品包装是否因运输不慎而造成损失,产品的规格和型号,是否与定购机种相符,如有问题请与本公司联系。
1.2.1 拆箱后检查1 内含本机使用说明书一本,保修卡及合格证一张。
2检测变频器侧面的铭牌,以确定在您手上的产品是您说定购的产品。

1.2检查与安全注意事项FC300系列变频器在出厂之前已经过测试和品质检验,在购买之后。
拆箱之前请检 查产品包装是否因运输不慎而造成损失,产品的规格和型号,是否与定购机种相符, 如有问题请与本公司联系。
1.2.1拆箱后检查1内含本机使用说明书一本,保修卡及合格证一张。
2检测变频器侧面的铭牌,以确定在您手上的产品是您说定购的产品。
参数设置单泵恒压供水参数设置一、单泵恒压供水变频器出厂已经设置为恒压供水专用,如果出现了参数混乱,可将P087设置为102,恢复出厂值。
出厂值按1.0Mpa的压力表配置,此时操作面板可直观准确的显示水压。
若使用1.6MP压力表,请将参数P113设置为1600;若使用2.5MP压力表,请将参数P113设置为2500。
不修改P113也可以正常工作,只是操作面板显示的水压不直观。
根据实际情况,用户可调整以下参数:P023:最低输出频率(25.0Hz)P124:睡眠延时(10.0S)P117、P118:可调节反应速度。
出厂前更改:1,控制端子的10V输出变更为5V。
2,P087=102,恢复出厂值。
二、单泵恒压供水参数设置举例假设采用1.5Mpa的压力表,连接到变频器的10V 、AVI、COM端子。
目标压力是0.8Mpa。
由于远传压力表的阻值比较小(约400欧左右),10V端子的输出电压会有所下降。
假设用万用表测量,10V降低到了8V。
P023(最低输出频率):20.0Hz。
低于20.0Hz水泵停止运行。
P112(运行模式):1。
操作面板▲、▼设定目标值,AVI端子接压力表;P113(PID最大目标值):1500。
表示1.500MpaP115(PID最大目标值对应反馈量):80。
8V/10V=80%,即压力表反馈为8V时,实际压力为1.5Mpa。
P121(PID相关参数):0003。
操作面板的压力显示3位小数,以增加直观性。
P122(PID目标值):800。
可通过操作面板▲、▼直接修改。
P124(睡眠延时):10.0。
当频率降低到20.0Hz时,延迟10秒后水泵停机。
其它三、其它P117、P118:可调节反应速度。
注1:批量用户,有两种方式可减少繁琐的参数设定。
1:在变频器软件中预存参数;2:使用操作面板的拷贝功能。
注2:若电机出现震荡现象,可以调整之间电压参数P078 中间电压 1/3电机额定频率对应的输出电压。
