大学生依恋类型与人际关系的相关性研究

【摘要】目的：探讨大学生不同依恋类型与人际关系间的相关性。方法：选取了400名高等院校大一到大三的学生，采用人际关系诊断表和亲密关系经历量调查了大学生不同依恋类型与人际关系间的相关性。结果：大学生依恋焦虑维度的平均值为3.8316，回避维度的平均值为3.9251。安全型、迷恋型、恐惧型和冷漠型所占总人数的比例分别为27.18%、25.64%、29.74%和和17.44%。大学生焦虑维度和回避维度在性别上的P值分别为0.265和0.010。结论：安全型、迷恋型、恐惧型和冷漠型在不同年级中存在显著性差异。大学生依恋当中的回避子维度在性别方面存在显著性差异；冷漠型的人在亲密关系中很难维持长期亲密关系，恐惧型依恋类型不容易相信和依赖别人，安全性依恋类型亲密关系中容易维持长久的同伴关系。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the correlation between different types of attachment and interpersonal relationship in college students.Methods The students of freshmen,sophomores and juniors in 400 institutions of higher learning were selected to study the correlation between different types of attachment and interpersonal relationship by using interpersonal relationship diagnosis and intimate relationship.Results The mean of attachment anxiety dimension was 3.8316,and the average dimension of avoidance dimension was 3.9251.The proportions of safe,obsessive,fearful and indifferent types were 27.18%,25.64%,29.74% and 17.44%,respectively.The p-values of college students' anxiety and avoidance dimensions were 0.265 and 0.010,respectively.Conclusion There are significant differences in safety,obsession,fear and indifference between different grades.There were significant differences in the dimensions of avoidance in the attachment of college students.The indifference type was hard to maintain long-term intimacy in the intimate relationship.The fear attachment type was not easy to trust and depend on others,and the security attachment type was easy to maintain in the intimate relationship Long-term partnership.

人际交往障碍已成为困扰大学生的常见问题[1]。大学生心理健康、人际交往和心理发展都受到大学生依恋的影响。大学生依恋与人际关系的研究能有效的帮助大学生根据自身的依恋特点，提高与他人进行有效的交往，促进大学生的身心健康发展[2-3]。
1.研究对象及方法
1.1 研究对象
本文选取的是高等院校的大一到大三的学生作为研究对象。在本校进行分层析的取样方法选取了400名学生，对其进行调查，问卷回收有效率为95.1%。
1.2 工具
1.2.1人际关系诊断表人际关系诊断表具有较好的效度和信度，包括的内容涉及到个体跟异性朋友交往、接人待物、交际与交友和交谈等四个方面的困扰。
1.2.2亲密关系经历量表该量表可以分为焦虑分量表和回避分量表，其中偶数题项属于焦虑分量表，而奇数题项属于回避分量表，本量表同样适用于没有恋爱经历的学生。
1.3 统计方法
将调查取得的有效数据输入计算机中，并采用SPSS13.0进行处理分析。

2.1 大学生依恋与人际关系的描述性分析
2.1.1大学生依恋类型由表1可知，在调查的大学生中，大学生依恋类型可分为安全型、迷恋型、恐惧型和冷漠型四种，其所占总人数的比例分别为27.18%、25.64%、29.74%和和17.44%。
