Introduction

Aluminum-alloy steel piping is a kind of metal pipe with

light weight, high strength and strong corrosion resistance

performance. It is a kind of plastic pipe made of aluminum-alloy

steel. The material of aluminum-alloy steel is superior to that

of ordinary solid steel, which is widely used in chemicals, food,

drugs, gas and other industries. It is also applicable to piping

systems such as air conditioning, heating and cooling, as well

as electrical systems. Aluminum-alloy steel pipe has the

advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, good thermal

stability, low cost and less space requirement.

In order to study the feasibility of using aluminum-alloy

steel pipe in the design, this report was prepared to make an objective analysis of the design feasibility of aluminum-alloy

steel pipe by quantitative evaluation.

Design Feasibility assessment

1. Strength and rigidity

Sufficient strength and rigidity of aluminum-alloy steel

pipe are essential to ensure the required performance and safety

of the product. The test data of aluminum-alloy steel pipe

indicates that it has excellent strength and rigidity, which can

meet the requirements of industrial production.

2. Corrosion resistance

Aluminum-alloy steel pipe has good corrosion resistance

performance, which is higher than that of ordinary steel, and it

has good corrosion resistance performance for acid, alkali and

salt, and can be used for a long service life.

The cost of aluminum-alloy steel pipe is lower than that of

ordinary steel pipe. With lower cost and higher performance,

aluminum-alloy steel pipe is more advantageous in terms of cost
