两名考试时间16分钟,三名考试为22分钟。

两个考官,一位提问考官(interlocutor)负责与考生对话交谈并打出总体表现分(Global Achievement), 另一位评分考官(Assessor),旁听并从语法与词汇(Grammar and Vocabulary),话语组织(Discourse Management), 语音(Pronunciation),互动交际(Interactive Communication)四个方面分项评分。

•考试内容分为3部分16min(22min for 3)•Part 1 Personal information•考官向每个考生分别提问,考生无需互动。

有两个阶段:(1)询问考生个人情况:专业志向,为何学英语,工作学习情况和业余爱好等。

(2)提问一般商务问题。

•每个考生需要回答2个问题,即第一阶段和第二阶段分别回答1个不同问题。

考生直接回答问题没有准备时间。

两个人一组为3分钟,每人一分半钟。

回答3-5个问题:学习,工作,爱好,未来计划等。

3个人一组为5分钟。

•Part 2 Short talk 6分钟•一分钟简短发言。

考官分别给每个考生一张题卡,上面各有3个不同题目(一个为日常话题,一个为一般性商务话题,另外一个为专业商务话题),由考生任选一题。

题目涉及:企业管理,员工培训,顾客关系,市场营销,经济热点等话题。

不提供论点提示词。

考生有一分钟准备时间,两位考生同时准备。

允许做笔记。

一个同学发言结束,另一个同学问1-2个问题,因此在发言时要注意听并在头脑中想好提问的问题。

该部分虽是1分钟的简短发言,但要求内容完整,有开头,有结尾。

能围绕题目组织并提供论点,并加以论证。

两个考生6min 三个考生8min 除掉构思准备时间和另一个考生提问题的时间,每个考生只有一分半钟,最多讲十几句话,考生做简短发言时论点要紧扣主题,给出2,3条论据即可,点到为止不必展开议论。

考官发给考生一张讨论题卡,上面有几行提示词,简单描述一个商务情景,以及用圆点标出需要讨论和做出决定的要点。

考生有30秒是共同阅读并准备,根据文字提示做3分钟的讨论。

考生要共同构建一个语境(如他们所在的公司),自然将讨论引入决策,而不仅仅是讨论各种选择方案。

讨论结束后考官会追加一些问题进一步扩展讨论。

两个考生7min 三个考生9min,考生在商讨如何解决问题或完成工作任务时,要积极主动发言,不要抢风头,自己做长篇大论,把partner晾在一边。

自己发表观点或看法之后,应主动征询伙伴的意见。

考生不仅要讨论切题,而且,语言要简洁,自然,流畅,得体。

二、评分标准介绍•(1)Grammar and Vocabulary 语法与词汇•测试考生口头表达时语法和词汇是否正确,得体并丰富多彩,能否避免词汇和句型单一或不断重复相同的词句。

•(2)Discourse Management 话语组织•测试考生运用句子以上语言单位进行口头交际的能力,包括能否恰当的展开话题,话语是否连贯,流畅,切题(如在提出观点时能有条理的论证,善于使用衔接词语等)。

口试第一部分,考生要完整回答考官提问;第二部分考生可充分利用机会扩展话语(Your main points Your supporting ideasHow to order and link your ideas );第三部分讨论中,要求考生围绕规定题目表达论证自己观点。

我们以后讲解真题的时候会给大家模板,这里就不再举例子了。

•(3)Pronunciation 语音•测试考生清晰发音的能力,根据各个单音,单词及句子重音,语调节奏的正确性打分。

考生要避免母语口音给交际带来的困难,恰当使用重读,节奏,语调,清晰发音。

•Speak clearly and at a natural speed•(4)Interactive Communication 互动交际•测试考生在两人或3人小组中积极参与,相互合作,有效交际的能力。

打分依据主要看考生能否有能力恰当得体主动引入话题,应答自如,轻松转换话题,充分参与讨论,最终圆满完成题目要求。

要注意:考生避免在口试中表现咄咄逼人,不给对方留说话机会;有效的交际应该注意在话语的产出和接受之间能够轻松转换。

•(2)应对第二部分(也可以练到)•充分利用1分钟准备时间。

写下要点和关键词,使发言结构紧密,层次清晰,并借助关键词扩展成句。

•注意使发言条理清晰。

例如开头结尾简明扼要,能用连接词衔接各部分内容。

•(3)应对第三部分(也有结构可寻)•讨论必须严肃认真,互相交换意见的方式必须符合实际工作环境。

•两位考生应努力通过想像,将自己置身于真实工作环境,讨论提示卡上提示的某个实际工作问题,并尽量达成某个决策。

•注意听另一位考生发言并就其观点做出回应。

不要只陈述自己的观点,或只是对对方的观点表示赞同。

•尽量详细,深入陈述自己的论点。

•讨论结束后考官回问一些follow-up questions。

回答并以论据加以说明。
