产品研发中心规划
根据公司的《公司组织架构及部门职责》，产品研发中心负责公司内软、硬件产品的整体研发工作。具体职责包括新产品研发、产品型号维护以及工程类项目研发工作。此外，产品研发中心还需要根据公司战略及任务规划年度研发计划，并完成公司年度研发任务。为了保证研发质量、进度及成本的控制，产品研发中心还需要起草、修订和完善公司研发管理制度，并组织部门全面落实。同时，产品研发中心还需要贴近市场及工程，了解市场动态及产品差异，推动销售。除此之外，产品研发中心还需要负责公司研发产品的资料存档、备份以及研发技术文件的管理工作。产品研发中心还需要负责公司新产品及核心技术的相关资质、知识产权的申请、保护工作。同时，产品研发中心还需要负责部门管理建设工作，包括团队建设、人员培训、部门考核管理等工作。此外，产品研发中心还需要支持公司企业文化建设工作，落实部门文化建设活动，以及完成部门年度预决算、费用控制等工作。最后，产品研发中心还需要配合其他部门完成所有研发新产品的市场推广、生产支持、工程监控、售后服务、技术交流、用户培训等工作，以及配合行政部门展开和落实本部门的质量管理工作，完成上级交办的或其他部门需要协助的工作。
产品研发中心定员8人，其中部门负责人设置1人、研发主管设置1人（软件产品研发主管暂时不设）、嵌入式软件开发工程师设置2人、硬件开发工程师设置2人、软件开发工程师设置2人。将系统软件部和综合产品部合并后，产品研发中心的人员确定6人，暂缺2人。实际定岗情况如下：部门经理/副经理：XX；研发主管：XX；嵌入式软件开发工程师：XX。
