β2受体激动剂在支气管哮喘治疗中的合理应用汪海东【摘要】目的：分析处方，总结β2受体激动剂在支气管哮喘治疗中的应用经验。

方法调取处方742份，进行评价。

结果门诊处方占37.47%，联合用药占64.69%，不合理用药占20.49%，不合理应用主要为药品选用不合理、单独应用不合理、使用疗程不当、使用方法不当等，不良反应发生率0.81%，均及时处置，好转。

结论应提高合理用药水平，加强药事管理。

功能科简介
我院功能科成立于1990年，由心电图室和彩超室组成。

科室目前有7人，其中高级职称1人，中级职称2人，初级职称4人，已逐步发展成为高、中、初级的人才梯队。

科室拥有全县领先的高档彩超机2台，日本进口阿洛卡彩超机和迈瑞彩超机。

拥有同步十二导心电图机2台，同步三导心电图机2台。

彩超开展项目有心脏、腹部常规、妇科、产科、浅表（甲状腺、乳腺、睾丸、体表包块等）、血管、胃造影等。

目前在全国公开发表论文20余篇，有多篇在省市科技论文评比中获奖。
