双离合器变速箱分湿式离合器片和干式离合器片两种。
什么是湿式?就是离合器片浸泡在液压油里面,主动轮和从动摩擦片结合的时候,必须先把液压油挤出。
干式片之间没有油液,有的只是空气,所以干式片的结合速度可以更快,传动效率更高。
然而,干式片也有自己的困惑?大家都知道,就是高温。
离合器片频繁的结合分离,每一次动作都是一次半联动滑磨的过程。
所以,高温是干式片唯一需要认真对待的问题。
我们已经详细的分析过大众的DQ200干式离合器变速箱。
当然,比亚迪的速锐,菲亚特菲翔的干式变速箱的传动原理都和大众的类似。
它们的共同特点是:采用电机齿轮泵驱动液压油,用集成各种电磁阀的滑阀箱来控制离合器的操作臂和换挡拨叉。
今天我们要谈的是福克斯使用的双离合器变速箱:DPS6.也就是德国格特拉克(GETRAG)公司的6DCT250,该公司在江西设厂。
这款变速箱的离合器结构和机械换挡齿轮组传动和大众的都类似。

这样做进一步减少了曲轴扭矩输入的波劢。
而大众的DQ200,没有在第二轴使用扭转减震弹簧。
下面是,6DCT250的离合器操作臂结极图:滚劢压力轮在操作臂的外部可以杢回滚劢。
操作臂底部,图上的上端,凹下去,滚轮在这个位置离合器压盘是分离的。
电机驱劢滚珠丝杠旋转,丝杠带劢大螺母前行,正转,戒者后退,逆转,。
大螺母上面就是滚劢压力轮。
为了减少传劢摩擦阻力,压力轮和大螺母上的轴销是用轴承连接。
滚珠丝杠因为传动角度很小,丝杠可以容易推动螺母前行,但螺母反过杢推动丝杠转动就很费劲,从丝杠转动到螺母前行是一个力量成倍放大的过程。
当离合器压紧后,没有档位变换时,电机一个小电流即可把螺母停在当前位置,或者电机本身有锁定装置。
关于这个锁定方法,本文就不做太多研究了。
原英文版资料也没有说明。

这个在6DCT250的官斱资料已经证实:变速箱换挡驱劢电机是步进电机。
什么是步进电机?我这样简单的说一下。
你家里的电风扇都是连续转劢的电机,通电就转个不停,停电就休息。
而你家里喷墨、针式打印机里面就是步进电机,2个,垂直布尿。
一个控制X轴,一个控制Y轴,走纸,,如果在Z轴上再加个步进电机,就是三维雕刻机。
步进电机的驱劢完全杢自电脉冲,给一个脉冲走一步,不给脉冲就原地不劢,连续给脉冲就连续转劢。
这个完全是数字可编程控制器控制,戒电脑控制,。
机器人,机械手中大量使用步进电机。
福特DCT250变速箱的换挡拨叉就是由两个步进电机控制,每个电机控制两个拨叉。
转劢鼓里面的滑道负责控制滑键的直线往复运劢。
转劢鼓在机械原理的概念就是圆柱凸轮机构。

动力与电气工程变速器是汽车动力传输的主要部件,通过变速器能够使发动机的输出的转速变高扭矩变大,从而使发动机的性能发挥到最佳状态。
现代汽车的变速器有手动变速器、电控液力变速器、无级变速器和双离合变速器,这些变速器在使用过程中有它们各自的优缺点。
手动变速器在汽车运动性能、油耗、价格方面比较优越,而在舒适性方面比较差,自动变速器只是在舒适性方面比较好,但在油耗、动力和价格方面都比较差,而双离合器能够在保证动力性能的前提下,有较低的油耗和较高的舒适性,这些方面导致双离合器在汽车中将逐渐显现出优势,该文主要介绍了双离合器的结构、原理和性能。
1 双离合变速器简介双离合器变速器S tronic 02E也被称为直接换档变速器(DSG)02E。
因为奥迪公司用“-tronic”(比如tiptronic,multitronic)来命名自动档变速器,按照这个原则来给02E双离合变速器命名,就是S tronic。
S tronic是手动变速器,也是自动变速器。
S tronic是自动档变速器就是强调它具有的运动性性能。
从技术方面看,S tronic的基型就是6档手动变速器,所具有的特点即增加了一个离合器。
关于离合器的使用,就是通过电动液压控制设施来进行换挡之间的操作。
这个装置利用两个多片式离合器及智能式电动液压设备,所以在使用的时候可以直接挂入二个档位。
在行驶的过程中,挂到档位的同时还预选一个差不多的档位。
在进行换挡的时候,先将档位的离合器挣开,和刚才所预选的档位相互接合。
所有的动作都是在负荷的作用下进行的,这样它的动力基本上是没有变化的,这就是所谓的动力无中断。
2 02E 变速器的变速理念DSG是把两组离合器片进行集合之后所形成的双离合器设备,双传动轴机构就是用实心轴和外部套装进行集合,采用两组离合器和齿轮组进行操作动作。
两组离合器是依靠Mechatronic 电子和液压设施进行控制。
双离合变速器在结构上就是两个变速器进行组合而成的,分别是分变速器1和分变速器2,有连个离合器K1、K2分别通过输入轴和两个变速机构相连,K1控制档位1、3、5档和倒档,K2控制2、4、6档。

就好像你用扳手拧螺丝,那个力量就是扭矩。

在这个凡事都讲究效率的年代,各品牌纷纷琢磨着如何提高自己的动力核心技术。
菲亚特也在此时推出了六速干式双离合变速器,并将其搭载于菲翔上,渴望凭借这项技术提高菲翔在国内市场的竞争力。
下面让我们了解一下这款变速器。
菲亚特六速干式双离合变速器由菲亚特动力科技公司(FPT)研发,世界著名供应商马瑞利集团参与了研发,博格华纳集团也首次将dualtronic技术(博格华纳双离合技术的专利名称)用在干式离合器上。
他们分别为这款双离合变速箱提供了机油泵和液力控制单元--即滑阀箱(换挡、离合器控制)等核心部件。
这款双离合变速箱已经搭载在旗下菲亚特菲翔上。

干式双离合器由于没有油液散热的环境,所以扭矩承受能力一般比湿式结构的双离合变速器低。
我们看到菲亚特C635达到了350牛•米,在三款变速箱中非常突出。
另外,只有福特6DCT250的控制机构采用了电机,大众和广汽的双离合变速器均采用液压控制的方式。
注:厂家仅给出各挡位的速比范围,针对匹配的发动机不同,速比也会在这个范围内做出相应的改变。
换挡控制机构采用外挂式而非集成式
看过这款双离合变速器后,我发现它与大众DQ200有着完全不同的风格——控制机构全部外挂,而大众DQ200则全部集成在一起。
这就会使其相对于集成式的变速箱体积偏大,但在维修时会更方便。
总结:这款从外观上看,控制机构并没有集成化。
这直接导致变速器的尺寸较大,但在维修时相对于集成式更方便拆卸。
在数据上,350N•m的最大扭矩传输值确实非常出色,我们也期待它能在国产车型上有所体现。
大众DSG6速变速器解读一汽大众推出的新一代2009款迈腾,装备了6速DSG双离合变速器并配以2.0T S I直喷增压发动机。
在动力总成方面,发动除了排量有所增加和相应的控制软件有所改变外,其余的结构没有变化。
而6速DSG双离合变速器确实是一款全新的产品,也是国内B级车内几乎很少装备的,这款代号DQ250的变速器为德国生产。
今后,一汽大众在大连的变速器厂还会推出一款代号为DQ200的7速DSG双离合器变速器,且该款变速器采用干式离合器。
下面就以新迈腾上搭载的DQ250变速器为例详细介绍双离合器自动变速器的原理、结构及传递路线等。
DSG(Direct Shift Gearbox)即直接挡变速器,它很好地接合了手动变速器和自动变速器的优势,既具有手动变速器的经济性、高传动效率,又具有自动变速器的舒适性、易用性。

背景:福特汽车公司研发了全新的双离合变速器(DPS6),这是一种基于手动变速器技术 而开发的先进的 6 速自动变速器,具有世界先进水平的燃油经济性。
这篇文章阐述了这款变 速器的基本特性,目的在于增加顾客对该变速器的了解。
(1)DPS6 换档的感觉--特别是升档的感觉 DPS6 双离合变速器其原理就是使用内置双离合器,在优化其它一些辅助部件的基础上, 将两个手动变速器精密地结合在了一起,并通过电子控制模块智能地控制离合器机构的结合与 释放,从而达到替代传统手动变速器的手动换档操作的目的。
由于 DPS6 的换挡机构设计是 整合了两套手动变速器的换档机构,因此 DPS6 变速器的操控感觉、声音与驾乘体验等都与 手动变速器有很多类似的地方,而与传统的液力耦合自动变速器的感觉并不完全相同。
手动变速器的换挡感觉消费者都比较了解,由于换挡时机、路面状况和实际工况的不同, 有时会有轻微的顿挫感,但动力传递直接。
装备在上述三种车型上的 DPS6 也有类似的情 况,在带给客户直接的操控快感、加速感及低燃油消耗率的同时,又能够自动地调节档位,可 谓是兼具了手动和自动变速器两者之长的设计理念, 有些驾驶员在驾驶过程中可能体验过类似车辆突然被拖拽一下的感觉,这种拖拽的感觉可 能出现在低档位,或者在迅速踩下和松开油门的时候。
在客户需要很大的加速度时(超车等情 况),通常会深踩油门,此时车辆会识别到客户需要很强的加速度而执行强制降档操作,从当 前行使档位连续降 2 个档位,这时会有一个明显的降档拖拽感觉,但与此同时也会给驾驶员 带来很强的推背感,这其实是干式双离合器的正常特性,不用担心。
(2)良好的驾驶习惯也非常重要 DPS6 变速器有自适应控制策略, 即自我学习和调整的功能。
当驾驶员购买新车后,往往 需要一段时间来熟悉新车, 我们的 DPS6 自动变速器的电脑控制系统也会在这个期间,记忆驾 驶员的驾驶习惯和外界环境。
通过这个过程, 许多参数都将会得到学习和存储,在后期的行驶过 程中, 给驾驶员提供更精炼的操作和更舒适的驾驶感受。
正是由于 DPS6 变速器有自我学习能力,部分驾驶员在磨合期特别小心在意,加油都非 常温柔。
这样操作的结果就使变速器以较低的转速换挡,当换挡转速低到一定程度时,就会出 现发动机扭矩不足的情况,也就是俗称的拖挡。
所以正确的油门操作方法对于换挡时机的改 善,油耗的节约和顿挫感的消除非常重要。

操作,会导致车辆不能及时识别驾驶员的驾驶意图,出现频繁的预选档位,这样不仅不利于油 耗表现,也容易产生一些顿挫感。
(3)变速器升档的声音 有时驾驶员可能会听到像变速器齿轮咬合或者分开时的声音。
这是换挡控制机构和同步机 构正常工作的声音(类似手动变速箱的换档操作)。
这种声音通常在档位切换时会出现,但是 在发动机高速运作时或者车辆在高速行驶时,环境噪音会远大于这个声音,客户将不会识别到 它。
这种声音是换档过程中正常运作产生的,客户不必担忧。
(4)驻车换档的声音 当客户移动换档手柄选择 P/R/N/D/S 档时,变速器内部除了直接响应客户的意图外, 还会有一个档位预选的动作。
此时驾驶员能够听见变速器内部换挡机构和同步机构轻微的工作 声音,这个声音是正常的机构运行声。
档位预选的目的是为了对驾驶员的下一步驾驶意图进行 快速响应,即提前判断并识别客户的驾驶意图,实现档位的快速切换。
(5)倒档起步时的声音 在倒档起步阶段,变速器会预选前进 1 档。
但是处于预选状态的 1 档齿轮组并没有执行 动力传递,相互之间处于相对的自由状态,车辆移动过程中齿间会产生正常的轻微的机械声 音,这不会对变速器内部零件造成损坏,也不会影响变速器寿命。
该 GSB 目的主要是说明 DPS6 变速器的一些特性,认识该款变速器的新技术,正确引导 客户使用车辆。
