上述款项及运输代理费可采用包干费或者本合同规定的其他方式由甲方支付给乙方，女，遇有关费率调整，应相应调整包干费.6、甲方在其委托乙方办理的出口代运货物中，不得夹带易燃、易爆物品及国家规定的禁止出口的物品。

7、乙方在接到甲方的订舱单后，应立即前往船公司办理配载等手续。

除甲方能证明乙方在配载上有过错外，乙方不承担任何责任。

如果货物未能夕口期配载，乙方应及时将有关情况通知甲方。

8、乙方接到甲方的订舱单后，甲方要求变更订舱单所列事项的，应在货物装船--天前向乙方出具书面更改单，注明日期并加盖甲方印章。

因变更订舱事项所引起的各项费用，由甲方全部承担。

9、除甲方能证明由于乙方的原因造成退税单、核销单等单据不能按期退交外，乙方不承担任何责任但乙方应及时以口头或者书面形式告知甲方，并协助甲方尽快收回。

4.3 乙方在办理代理事项过程中，如因乙方原因导致货物损失、损坏或延误，乙方应承担相应的责任。

五、保密条款5.1 双方应对在合同履行过程中获得的对方商业秘密和机密信息予以严格保密。

（1）在披露时已经公开的信息；（2）从合法渠道获得的非保密信息；（3）根据法律、法规、规章等强制性规定应当披露的信息。

六、争议解决6.1 双方在履行本合同过程中发生的争议，应通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，可以向合同签订地人民法院提起诉讼。

七、其他约定7.1 本合同自双方签字（或盖章）之日起生效，有效期为_______年，自合同生效之日起计算。
