参芪胶囊【处方】党参425g枸杞子250g黄芪150g人参2.5g阿胶25g 冰糖47.2g制成1000粒【性状】【鉴别】(1)取[龠量测定]项下的供试品溶液与黄芪甲苷对照品溶液，作为供试品溶液与对照品溶液。

照薄层色谱法(中国药典2000年版一部附录ⅥB)试验，吸取供试品溶液10μl、对照品溶液5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以氯仿-甲醇-水(13:7:2)10℃以下放置过夜的下层溶液为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以10%硫酸乙醇溶液，在100℃加热至斑点显色清晰。

供试品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。

另取枸杞子对照药材0.5g，加水50ml，加热煮沸15分钟，放冷，滤过，滤液用醋酸乙酯30ml振摇提取，醋酸乙酯液浓缩至约1ml，作为对照药材溶液。

照薄层色谱法(中国药典2000年版一部附录ⅥB)试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以石油醚(60～90℃)-醋酸乙酯-甲酸(10:5:1)为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，置紫外光灯(365nm)下检视。

供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点。

【检查】应符合胶囊剂项下有关的各项规定(中国药典2000年版一部附录ⅠL)。

取本品50粒的内容物，精密称定，混匀，取13g，精密称定，置圆底烧瓶中，精密加甲醇50ml，称定重量，加热回流2小时，放冷，再称定重量，用甲醇补足减失重量。

精密量取续滤液25ml，蒸干，残渣趁热加水40ml，转移争分液漏斗中，用乙醚振摇提取3次，每次25ml，弃去乙醚液，再用水饱和的正丁醇振摇提取4次，每次30ml，合并正丁醇液，用1%氢氧化钠溶液洗涤3次，每次25ml，弃去碱液，用正丁醇饱和水洗涤2次，弃去水液，正丁醇液蒸至近干，残渣加甲醇使溶解并转移至2ml量瓶中，加甲醇至刻度，摇匀，作为供试品溶液。

结果治疗后，观察组血糖和血脂指标均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

Methods Fifty patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Zhao 'an County Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by computer randomized method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metformin, and the observation group was treated with metformin + Shenqi Jiangtang capsules. The clinical effi⁃cacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, blood glucose and blood lipid indexes in the observa⁃tion group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom score of diabetes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
