How do you do it
1. Follow defined processes that enable you to PLAN and MANAGE the project 2. Identify the SKILLS required for a good project manager: match those with the ones you possess; develop missing skills 3. GAIN EXPERIENCE, do it in small steps: go from a small project to a larger one and so on until you are managing large multi-year complex projects.
