Line up each connection point so that push pin/spring pin can slide through and then flip push pin toggles to secure the top pieces to the base. Secure the support pieces the same way. During initialuse, your airbed may become soft and require additional inflation to maintain desired firmness. 将200ml左右样品倒入容积为300～500ml的无菌离心瓶中； 6000g离心10min，或者3000g离心30min，离心温度在15～25℃之间； 无菌操作去除上清； 用5～20ml溶液或无菌蒸馏水将沉淀重悬。
标本的运输和相关生物平安要求
在周围环境温度下运送水样标本,不必冷冻,但要防止受热和阳光,标本要尽可能快或最好在两天内送到实验室,室温下(21+3℃)贮藏在实验室或其他地方。 对于临床标本，最好立即做预期实验，如不能马上进行，应放在-20℃冻存备用。
