超过有效使用期(按照国家相关规范要求，常温环境下传感器寿命为二至三年，高温环境下传感器寿命为一年)和有故障的传感器要及时更换。

使用耐高温可燃气体报警装置，必须定期安排相关设备养护人员每月对设备进行可燃气体标定测试，并做好相关记录，如发现问题应尽快向上级或设备生产厂家如实反映。

耐高温可燃气体报警装置每季度应由所在地的计量部门，按国家相关规范要求进行可燃气体探测性能测试，并出具正式的标定测试报告。

避免用高于测量量程的气体冲击传感器。

一、产品概述SFD-8604/8608/86016系列可燃气体报警装置广泛应用于各类易发生危险气体泄露的高温场所，对这些场所进行常年的监测；一旦周边可燃气体超标泄露，安装于防爆现场的可燃气体探测器立即将检测信号经传输电缆送到声光报警器，当气体浓度达到预定的报警点时，声光报警器立即发出声、光报警信号，提前预警以防止火灾、爆炸等事件的发生。

SFD-860系列总线制气体报警装置是由SFD-8604、8608、86016总线制气体报警控制器与SFD-600(BZ)XX总线气体探测器或SFD-600XX“变色龙”气体变送器组合而成 。
