消杀管理标准作业规程1.0目的规范消杀工作程序，净化小区环境。
2.0适用范围适用于金泰丽湾小区卫生消杀工作的管理。
3.0职责3.1保洁部负责人负责卫生消杀工作计划的制定、并组织实施和质量监控。
3.2保洁工（消杀工作人员）负责依照本规程进行具体卫生消杀工作。
4.0程序要点卫生消杀工作计划的制定。
4.1保洁部主管应根据季节的变化制定出卫生消杀工作计划。
4.2消杀工作计划应包括以下内容：（1）消杀对象；（2）消杀区域；（3）消杀方式选择与药物计划；（4）消杀费用预算。
4.2.1灭蚊、蝇、蟑螂工作。
4.2.2每年的1-4、11-12月份中，每周应进行1次灭虫消杀工作。
其他月份具体参照各标准作业规程的要求进行消杀。
4.2.3消杀区域：（1）各楼宇的梯口、梯间及楼宇周围；（2）各部门办公室；（3）沙井、化粪池、垃圾箱、垃圾中转站等室外公共区域；（4）员工宿舍和食堂。
4.2.4消杀药物一般用敌敌畏、灭害灵、敌百虫、菊酯类药喷洒剂等。
4.2.5消杀方式以喷洒触杀为主。
4.2.6喷杀操作要点：（1）穿戴好防护衣帽；（2）将喷洒药品按要求进行稀释注入喷雾器里；（3）对上述区域进行喷杀。
4.2.7喷杀时应注意：（1）梯间喷杀时不要将药液喷在扶手或住户的门面上；（2）员工宿舍喷杀时不要将药液喷在餐具及生活用品上；（3）食堂喷杀时不要将药液喷在食品和器具上；（4）不要在业主出入高峰期喷药；（5）喷杀时要在上风头，不要站在下风头。
4.2.8办公室应在下班后进行，并注意：（1）关闭窗户；（2）将药液喷在墙角、桌下或壁面上，禁止喷在桌面、食品和器具上。
4.3灭鼠。
4.3.1灭鼠工作每月应进行1-2次。
4.3.2灭鼠区域：（1）楼宇四周；（2）员工宿舍内；（3）食堂；（4）小区中常有老鼠出没的区域；4.3.3灭鼠方法主要采取投放拌有鼠药的饵料和粘鼠胶。
4.3.4饵料的制作：（1）将米或碾碎的油炸花生米等放在一个专用容器内；（2）将鼠药按说明剂量均匀撒在饵料上；（3）制作饵料时作业人员必须戴上口罩、胶手套，禁止裸手作业。
