“小升初”内幕调查:重金求“坑”坑苦人 2011年10月20日 09:48 东方网-文汇报孩子“小升初”,究竟有几条通路?有机构对去年北京市8个城区“小升初”的入学方式做了调查,给出的答案是“超过10种”,包括计算机派位、对口入学、推荐生、特长生、寄宿学校、民办学校、特色学校、双向选择、共建生、企事业举办学校子弟入学、直升、人工调剂分配等等。
孩子想进重点中学?“花头”更多。
进“重点”前,先报名“占坑班”;为保住“占坑班”的位置,就得参加“班外培训”。
从孩子三年级进入“占坑班”到六年级面临“小升初”,有的家长四年中的实际花费超过10万元;有些孩子读“占坑班”的费用甚至占到家庭年可支配收入的一半;……整理完北京“小升初”现状的调查研究报告,21世纪教育研究院(微博)院长、北京理工大学教授杨东平(微博)心里有一种难言的沉重。
由杨东平牵头、主持,首都教育学者与媒体记者历时数月共同完成的调查报告,完整披露了京城及其他地区“小升初”的种种内幕,以及勾连于“小升初”升学机制之上的巨大利益链条。
北京作为首都,汇聚着来自全国各地的精英,“小升初”竞争自然格外激烈;也正因如此,北京的“小升初”几乎浓缩了全国各地的种种升学途径。
本报记者王乐“小升初”渠道:怎一个“乱”字了得今年北京市出台的“小升初”政策,再次强调“免试、就近入学”原则。
然而,21世纪教育研究院的调查显示,京城“小升初”择校渠道多达10余种。
最让学生和家长趋之若鹜的,是“占坑班”与“点招”。
■所谓“占坑班”,是指公办重点学校自办或与社会机构合办、面向小学生的学科培训机构,从中选拔优秀学生升入本校初中。
比如,北京人大附中“华罗庚数学学校”即最早举办、且最有影响力的面向小学生的课外培训机构,后更名为“仁华学校”。
世间本无“占坑班”。
起源于1998年的占坑班,缘于其时“小升初”由统一考试改为“电脑派位”。
一些家长不愿让孩子进入薄弱学校就读,而重点学校为争优秀生源也不愿接收“电脑派位生”,进而出现了以奥数培训为主的培训学校,由它们充当替重点中学选拔学生的功能。

1、就近登记就读一般初中学生通过“北京市初中入学服务系统”统一网上填报志愿。
对报名人数少于招生人数的初中,直接入学;对报名人数超过招生人数的初中,随机派位入学,保证每位小学毕业生免试就近升入初中。
在同一学校连续三年学籍,通过中考并达到当年中考校额到校批次最低分数线,按政策进入优质高中。

3、学区登记入学在学区内选择一所具有登记入学资格的一般公办初中申请登记入学。
