一、培训目标：

1、培养骨干教师及时了解国内外最新的教育教学理念，了解教学的发展趋势，熟悉掌握先进的教学方法，提高教学基本技能。

2、提高骨干教师学科的专业素养，提升新理念下学科教学水平，创新教学设计，为形成独特的、个性化的教学风格奠定基础。

3、使他们成为各学校的骨干教师，承担起各校物理教学的主要重担，成为该校物理学科教学的带头人。

4、使骨干教师具有较强教育科研意识和一定的研究能力，重视教育教学科研活动，能独立完成安初中物理教育教学中的研究课题和教改实验。

5、促使骨干教师进一步树立终身学习的观念，自觉提升自己，带动本校教师队伍，实现学校教师共同成长。

1、继续组织骨干教师学习教育理论，要求他们坚持自学教育理论，写好学习笔记，不断提高骨干教师的教育理论水平。

2、加强对骨干教师备课和上课的指导，探讨课堂教学结构、模式和方法，组织骨干教师参加一些讲座、讨论、参观等学习，帮助骨干教师熟悉教学业务，提高教学业务水平。

3、组织骨干教师研究课，提高骨干教师教学技能水平。

【总体评析】 观察试题单词，可看出均侧重基础和高频词汇的考查。所以，总体而言，语音知识这道大题，难易度的设置较为适中，有选拔的梯度设计。

这套试卷选取了字母两个辅音字母“c, x”、一个元音字母及一个元音字母组合“i, ei”和一个半元音字母“y”来进行基本语音考查。基本上能涵盖完整的元辅音及组合元音字母发音的考查。从辨音难易度来看，第1、2和4小题读音区别度比较明显，考生不易失分。第3小题的迷惑度较大，再次就是第5小题具有一定得迷惑度，但相对第3小题来看，要容易得分。
