I 摘 要

离合器是汽车传动系中的重要部件,主要功用是切断和实现发动机对传动系的动力传递,保证汽车平稳起步,保证传动系统换挡时工作平顺以及限制传动系统所承受的最大转矩,防止传动系统过载,有效的降低传动系统中的振动和噪声。膜片弹簧离合器是近年来在轿车和轻型车上广泛采用的一种离合器,它的转矩容量大而且较稳定,操作轻便,平衡性好,也能大量生产,对于它的研究已经变得越来越重要。

离合器在机械传动系统中是作为一个独立的总成而存在的,它是汽车传动系统中直接与发动机相连的总成。目前,各种汽车广泛采用的摩擦离合器是一种依靠主从动部分之间的摩擦来传递动力且能分离的装置,它主要包括主动部分、从动部分、压紧机构和操纵机构等四部分。

此设计说明书详细的说明了带摩擦片厚度报警器的轻型汽车拉式膜片弹簧离合器的结构形式,参数选择以及计算过程。根据拉式膜片弹簧离合器工作原理和使用要求,采用传统化设计方法,把离合器分为主动部分、从动部分、操纵机构,通过对各个部分设计方案的原理阐释和优缺点的比较,确定了相关部分的基本结构及其零部件的制造材料。根据车辆使用条件和车辆参数,按照离合器系统的设计步骤和要求,主要进行了以下工作:选择相关设计参数主要为摩擦片外径D的确定,离合器后备系数的确定,单位压力的确定,并进行了总成设计主要为:压盘的设计,以及从动盘设计(从动盘毂的设计)和膜片弹簧的设计等。

II Abstract

The clutch is an important component of the car transmission and main function is

to cut and realize engine power transmission system,ensure the smooth start,car

transmission system shift work smoothly and limit when the maximum transmission

system to prevent transmission torque,overload,Reducing effectively the transmission

of the vibration and noise.Diaphragm spring clutch is in recent years in cars and light

bus widely adopted a clutch,its large capacity of torque and stability,convenient

operation,symmetrical,also can produce,for it has become more and more important.

The clutch in mechanical transmission is as an independent assembly and exist,it is

the car transmission directly connected with the engine of the assembly.At present,all

kinds of automotive friction clutch is widely used on a moving part of the friction

between the subordinate to transfer power and can separate devices.It mainly includes

active part,a follower,compaction institutions,and manipulate agencies four parts.

This design specification detailed descriptions of the diaphragm spring clutch light

auto structure form,and calculate the parameter selection process with the annunciator

of the friction disk thickness.According to pull the diaphragm spring clutch working

principle and use by systematic design method,the clutch is divided into active

part,and control mechanisms,driven part.Based on the principle of each part design

scheme and the advantages and disadvantages of comparison,the relevant parts of the

basic structure and its parts manufacturing materials.According to the using

conditions and parameters of vehicles,vehicle in accordance with the clutch system

design steps and requirement,the following main design parameters related

work:choice for friction slices of diameter D ,clutch backup coefficient of

beta ,unit of pressure  .And the assembly design mainly for:the pressure plate

design,and driven plate design(platen hub design)and the diaphragm spring design etc.
