1.能听懂、会说：Where are...?Are they...? Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.并能在实际情境中运用。
2.通过Let’s chant,使学生复习巩固Let’s talk中学过的语言。通过Let’s check部分的听力练习，检查学生对本单元知识的掌握情况。
重点难点
让学生掌握一般疑问句Are they...?及其回答。
媒体准备
1.教师准备好磁带和录音机。
2.教师准备好一串钥匙和几个大小不一的包或盒子。
3.教师准备好各个房间的图片及课文中人物的头饰。
教学流程
Step 1:Warm up
Sing the song “They Are in the Zoo”.
设计目的：通过唱歌，活跃课堂气氛，创设良好的学习氛围。
活动方式：将全班分成两大组，采取师生、生生对唱的形式，CIA或录音机播放音乐，先是师生对唱，再让两组生生对唱。
Step 2:Revision/Lead in
1.Have a daily talk to revise the dialogue.
设计目的：通过复习旧知，活跃课堂气氛，激发学生交谈的欲望。这一环节可加强教师与学生、学生与学生之间的情感交流，增进师生、生生的情感互动。
活动方式：教师示范，学生以2人小组方式互问互答。

2.Let’s do.

Step 3:Presentation
Present the new dialogue in “Let’s talk, Part B”.
设计目的：为学生创设真实的生活场景，让学生在情景中感知、理解语言，并能在合作的学习方式中，创作性的使用语言，再现真实的生活场景。
活动方式：自主学习，小组交流合作，交互语言学习。
1.呈现新的语言项目。
(1)教师拿出一个装有水果的袋子说：I have many fruits. What are they? Are
they apples?学生回答：No, they aren’t.教师问：Are they oranges?学生回答：No, they
aren’t.教师接着说：Guess! What are they?然后引导学生用“Are they...?”猜水果，最后出示水果；Look! They’re kiwi fruits/mangos.
(2)教师出示一张客厅的图片，客厅里放有一些苹果。教师问学生：Where are
they? Are they in the kitchen?引导学生回答：No, they aren’t.
(3)游戏：猜猜看
请学生打开学生用书第50页，听录音学习B部分Let’s talk的内容。
学生使用道具进行会话表演。
Step 4:Practice
1.Play a game “Guessing”.
设计目的：通过对话、游戏等方式进行操练，进一步熟练运用新句型，使学生在愉快、轻松的学习环境里，自然地使用所学语言。
活动方式：全班活动。
游戏：心有灵犀
把全班学生分成两大组，每组分别派出两名学生，一名学生面对教师，另一名学生背对教师。教师指图问：Where is the...?背对教师的学生猜Is it in the living
room?面对教师的学生判断No,it isn’t./Yes, it is.在规定时间内猜对的最多的小组为胜者。
2.Let’s chant. Mom’s in the living room. Dad is too. I’m in the bedroom. Where

Step 5:Consolidation
Let’s check.
设计目的：检查学生对于本课所学内容的熟悉和掌握程度。
活动方式：全班活动。
播放录音，第一遍让学生注意听，第二遍重复录音内容，勾出与录音内容相符的一项，第三遍检查。
录音内容如下：
1)My mom is in the living room.
2)Open the fridge, please.
3)—Where’s my dog?—It’s in the bathroom.
4)—Where are my balls?—They’re under the bed.
Step 6:Summing up/Homework
设计目的：回顾，反思。
活动方式：全班活动。
1．由刚才的活动总结今天的内容。
2.引导学生进行评价和自我评价。
