微波消解-氨化物发生-
原子荧光光谱法测定农产品中的硒

摘要针对采用微波消解法-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定农产品中硒的方法,对消解条件,原子 荧光上机条件都进行了优化,国家标准物质测定值都在认定值范围之内。检出限为0.20 ug/L。线性范围
