IAF的引导师核心能力，是由许多专业人士在十多年前共同研究出来的结晶，对于引导师来说是最为核心的专业知识、行为与个人修炼的基础。

提出CPF的认证申请，给了我一个得以回顾这一路所学、所做的很好的机会，也让我得以在审核官的严格检视下，一一审视了自己是否具有IAF坚持的专业引导师应有的核心能力。

2010年8月23日，韩国首尔，我在来自美国的Nadine Bell及西班牙的Marcos Cajina的严厉“拷问”及谨慎的审查之下通过了考试，正式成为IAF专业认证引导师。
