初中英语教研组工作总结与计划ppt我们学校是一所山区学校，但我们学校一直有一个办学宗旨：用城市的眼光办山区教育，校长经常在会上说，拖堂的老师不是好老师，一名好的教师，就要在45分钟内想办法，就应向课堂效率要质量。
根据学校发展规划和办学目标，我们英语教研组本学期将在七八年级开展“高效课堂”的教学实践活动，切实强调团队合作精神，加强传、帮、带作用，九年级认真系统地研究整理新目标英语教材知识和能力要求，抓好每一环节复习，争取在稳拿基本分的基础上，在听力、完型、阅读和书面表达等方面体现优势。
二、总体目标1、强化课堂教学改革，真正转型课堂教学方式，提升学生的自学能力，谋求把课堂变为学生自学的乐园。
2、做好中考总复习工作，抓好尖子生，提高临界生，盯住所有学生，不让一个学生漏掉，鼓励学生向目标迈进，中考争取稳中有升。
二、工作思路1、配合学校及教导处、教研室做好“高效课堂”的教学研究活动，在提高课堂效率上下功夫，在减轻学生负担上下功夫，认真组织本组教师上好观摩课、示范课，通过听课、评课、研讨等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。
2、强化教育理论自学，提升教师理论素养英语组的活动改变单一的听课和评课形式，增加教研组学习的新内容。
本学期要重点学习领悟《新课标》中的教学理念，建立全新的教学观念，灵活的课程体系，多元、开放的课程评价标准，重视基础，适应个性需求，关注学生情感，提高学生自主学习能力，为学生构建发展的平台。
努力将新观念、新思路渗透到英语课堂教学之中，真正做到理论与实践相结合。
明确英语课程在基础教育阶段的基本要求，用这些理念来指导平时的课堂教学，以提高课堂教学效率。
真正的开展好活动，让教研组的活动发挥其实际的作用。
3、积极开展教研组的听讲和评课活动，紧紧围绕教研组的活动专题，注重对学生自学习惯培育的研究，注重对学生合作自学意识培育的研究，在评课和说道课中，必须以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作自学的实效性为重点。
