DR.SCHNEIDER PC斯莱德SL-001离子风机使用操作和维护保养SL-001离子风机是一种消除静电的专用设备。
属TPK离子风机系列的一种。
具有安装简易,工作平稳,消除静电速度快的特点。
第一节:作用原理SL-001离子风机可产生大量的带有正负电荷的气流,可以将物体上所带的电荷中和掉。
当物体表面所带为负电荷时,它会吸引气流中的正电荷,当物体表面所带为正电荷时,它会吸引气流中的负电荷,从而使物体表面上的静电被中和,达到消除静电的目的。
SL-001离子风机有小风机提供风力,风力大小可由调速开关在一个很大的范围内进行调节。
电离器件:电离器件在高压发生装置产生的低电流高电压作用下,形成一个稳定的高强电场,电离空气形成离子体,由气流带出到达物体表面,达到中和静电的目的。
电离器件上有专用的清洁器,可以清除电离针上的积灰,保持电离器件的正常工作。
SL-001离子风机有专用的离子平衡电路,可以达到离子的自动平衡。
SL-001离子风机的消除静电的功能,可以解决因静电作用引起的生产问题,如解决静电引起的吸尘问题,塑料制品加工时的粘合问题,静电排斥引起的小零件跳跃问题。

2.5MW风机设计技术规格说明书一、技术参数风机是带有三叶片、变浆距控制、上风向变速、水平轴和额定功率为2.5MW 的设备,适用于陆地风能发电。
风机的传动链包括2个滚动轴承(双列圆锥辊子轴承和圆柱辊子轴承安装在一个轴承座内)、高速比齿轮箱和带有部分逆变器的双馈异步发电机或带有全部逆变器的调整永磁同步发电机,逆变器安装在塔筒内的基础上。

风机安装技术手册第一章一般规定第1条本篇适用于离心通风机、离心鼓风机、离心压缩机、轴流通风机、罗茨式鼓风机和叶氏式鼓风机的安装。
第2条本篇是风机(不包括辅助设备)安装工程的专业技术规定,安装工程的通用技术要求,应按本规范第一册《通用规定》的规定执行。
第3条风机安装的基础、清单和防震装置应符合有关设计的要求。
第4条风机的开箱检查应符合下列要求:一、根据设备装箱清单,核对叶轮、机壳和其他部位(如地脚孔中心距、进、排气口法兰孔径和方位及中心距、轴的中心标高等)的主要安装尺寸是否与设计相符;二、叶轮旋转方向应符合设备技术文件的规定;三、进、排气口应有盖板严密遮盖,防止尘土和杂物进入;四、检查风机外露部分各加工面的防锈情况,和转子是否发生明显的变形或严重锈蚀、碰伤等,如有上述情况应会同有关单位研究处理。
第5条风机的搬运和吊装应符合下列要求:一、整体安装的风机,搬运和吊装时的绳索,不得捆缚在转子和机壳或轴承盖的吊环上;二、现场组装的风机,绳索的捆缚不得损伤机件表面和转子与齿轮轴两端中心孔、轴瓦的推力面和推力盘的端面机壳水平中分面的连接螺栓孔、转子轴颈和轴封处均不应作为捆缚部位;三、输送特殊介质的风机转子和机壳内涂有保护层,应严加保护,不得损伤;四、不应将转子和齿轮轴直接放在地上滚动或移动。
第6条风机的润滑、油冷却和密封系统的管路除应清洗干净和畅通外其受压部分均应作强度试验,试验压力如设备技术文件无规定时,用水压试验时试验压力应为最高工作压力的1. 25~1.5倍,用气压试验时试验压力应为工作压力的1.05倍;现场配制的润滑、密封管路应进行除锈、清洗处理。
第7条风机的进气管、排气管、阀件调节装置和气体加热成冷却装置油路系统管路等均应有单独的支撑并与基础或其他建筑物连接牢固;各管路与风机连接时法兰面应对中贴平,不应硬拉和别劲,风机机壳不应承受其他机件的重量,防止机壳变形。
管路安装完毕后,应复测机组的不同轴度是否符合要求。

第一节实施
1.1 安装
A. 在所转动部件如皮带、驱动滑轮、链、连轴节或向外凸出的螺丝等需加以适当
保护,以保证维修人员的工作安全。
B. 在预定的位置安装风机,并须提供足够的操作空间。
C. 提供足够的永久吊眼,以便安装及维修之用。
D. 电气连接的要求须参阅本说明书「空调系统电气装置」一章中之技术说明。
E. 所有会受锈蚀的配件都须经防锈处理并加上适当的防锈涂料,而同时在进行安
装工作时,应防止因不同的金属直接接触而发生的电解作用。
F. 在风机运行前,清洁整个系统。
G. 在安装隔尘网之前要清洁整个系统,而安装隔尘网须与框架密封。
在交给业主
接管前应更换所有已经使用及弄污的隔尘网。
H. 当电动机的负载量大于0.37kW时,需设有电流过载保护装备。
