浅析企业文化对企业发展的意义
摘 要:在知识经济时代,企业文化的作用非常重大。企业文化反映了一个企业的主流价值观。从企业文化对企业核心竞争力的影响、促使企业可持续成长以及企业文化在实际工作中的作用等方面的结合来论证企业文化在企业发展中的巨大作用,对提高企业经济效益,提高职工素质,促进改革的不断深入和持续发展,都具有重要的现实意义。

一、企业文化的内涵
企业文化是人本管理理论的最高层次,是企业所依赖的一种文化价值观。是企业在中、长期形成的共同的理想、工作、生活习惯和行为规范的总称,是企业在经营管理过程中创造的具有本企业特色

浅谈万达企业文化与企业发展的关系

摘 要:由于经济全球化不断发展,知识经济在市场经济发展过程中的作用越来越大,知识经济对市场经济的竞争,市场的发展和规模,以及企业人才的培养和加强员工对企业发展的积极性,都具有重要意义。本文是作者通过对万达企业的经营和发展进行实地调查,对其经营方式与人员培训等的特点进行探讨写成的,其目的是探讨在市场经济快速发展过程中,企业文化与知识经济对企业发展的的作用和关系。

21世纪,经济全球化不断发展,知识经济在整个市场经济竞争中占有的比重不断增加,企业之间的竞争逐渐向文化竞争转变。企业文化在企业生存和发展中的作用越来越突出,成为企业发展的灵魂。万达企业作为一家拥有企业文化沉淀并且一直重视企业文化建设的企业,在其所在行业中排名前列,拥有一定的品牌影响力和突出的企业文化建设基础。同时,万达商业地产股份有限公司是全球商业地产行业的龙头企业,已在全国开业85座万达广场,持有物业面积规模居全球第二位。
企业文化是一个企业在长期生产经营实践过程中形成、积累的优良作风、行为方式及价值观念。在万达企业的快速发展中,企业文化发挥了关键性作用。一个优秀企业文化,就是通过为员工搭建舞台,展示和积累他们的才能,使他们互相欣赏,愿意共同作战、共同担当。随着社会的进步和发展,个人及企业需求也发生变化,双向需求都实现满足,是企业持续发展进步的关键。现代企业从卖产品,卖质量到卖文化,再从经验管理,制度管理发展到文化管理,在满足企业需求的同时,实现员工需求,营造企业文化,促进企业发展。万达的成功,正是使它的企业文化贯穿于它的企业发展,从而取得的卓越的成功。
一、万达企业文化在企业发展过程中的作用
为了深入了解万达企业发展的真实现况,我们调研团队于2014年3月对此开展了社会实践调研活动。并通过对调研资料的整理分析,查阅相关文献,总结出了万达集团四个具有特征性的企业文化模式:
