PEP六(上)Unit 4 Part A Let’s learn
一、教学内容分析
本课主要学习有关业余爱好的英语表达,要求学生能询问和简单描述业余爱好,重点学习有关爱好的动词短语以及ing 形式:riding a bike, diving, pl aying the violin, collecting stamps, making kites,主要句型是:What’s your hobby? I like… He/She likes…本单元的大部分动词在前几册已经出现过,因此在教学中应注意激活学生的记忆,以旧引新,引导学生熟练掌握,并让学生在感知、实践、参与、合作中实现任务的目标,体验成功的喜悦。
二、教学目标
1. 知识目标
①能够听、说、读、写动词短语的ing 形式:collecting stamps, riding
a bike, diving, playing the violin, making kites。
②能够听、说、认读句子:What is your hobby? I like collecting sta mps. 并能询问和简单描述业余爱好。
2. 能力目标
在现实生活中能够灵活运用所学知识进行对话,即能询问和描述业余爱好,并做到语音准确,语调自然。
3、情感目标
鼓励学生发展广泛的兴趣与爱好,培养乐于与人交往的性格。
三、教学重点、难点
1. 重点是熟练掌握动词短语:collecting stamps, riding a bike, diving, playing the violin, making kites。
2. 难点是动词短语的拼写,以及在真实的情景中灵活运用句型:What is your hobby? I like collecting stamps. 来询问和描述业余爱好。
四、教具准备
单词卡、图片、集邮册、风筝、课件、录音机和磁带。
五、教学过程
Step1 Preparation
1.师生交流
T:Hello
Ss:Hi/Hello
T:Nice to meet you.
Ss: Nice to meet you, too.
T: I like watching TV.
Do you like watching TV?
Ss: Yes/No.
T: I like playing sports.
Do you like playing sports?
Ss: Yes/No.
T: OK, Now let’s chant
(设计意图:通过简短的交流,导入爱好这一话题)
2. Chant
课件呈现
Walking, walking, I like walking.
Running, running, I like running.
Jumping, jumping, I like jumping.
Swimming, swimming, I like swimming.
(设计意图:在chant中复习以前所学的有关爱好的单词)
Step2 Presentation
1. 单词导呈
①hobby
T: I like running. Running is my hobby.
(出示词卡hobby 教师领读,学生跟读,教师板书)
T: I like running.
What is your hobby? (教师板书:What is your hobby?)引导学生说:I like…
S1: I like…
S2: I like…
然后教师和学生一起问某一学生:What is your hobby?
S3: I like…
(设计意图:先学习单词hobby再学习句子What is your hobby?从而学习本课新知识)
②riding a bike
T: How do you go to school?
Ss: I go to school on foot/by…
T: I go to work by bike.
I can ride a bike.(出示词卡ride a bike, 教师领读,学生跟读)
I like riding a bike.
(出示词卡riding a bike,教师领读,学生跟读,学生书空,教师板书)注意i的发音。
课件呈现一男孩骑自行车的画面
T: OK. Boys and girls, you are Mike. 老师问:What is your hobby?
引导全体学生说:I like riding a bike.
(设计意图:由ride a bike到riding a bike符合认知规律,降低了难度)
③diving
课件呈现郭晶晶跳水的画面
T: Who’s she?
Ss: GuoJingjing
T: Yes. She can dive.(出示词卡dive, 教师领读,学生跟读)
T: What’s GuoJingjing’s hobby?
引导学生说:diving.
(出示词卡diving,教师领读,学生跟读,学生书空,教师板书)
注意i的发音
T: OK. Now girls are GuoJingjing.
Boys. Let’s ask GuoJingjing.“What is your hobby?”
Gs: I like diving.
然后让男生扮演田亮,女生来问,男生回答。
(设计意图:从学生熟悉的奥运冠军入手,调动了学习积极性,有
利于学习新知识)
④playing the violin
教师边做拉小提琴的动作边说:I like music. I like listening to m usic of the violin. I can play the violin.
(出示词卡play the violin,教师领读,学生跟读)
T: I like playing the violin.
(出示词卡playing the violin,教师领读,学生跟读,学生书空,教师板书)
注意violin的重音在第二个音节上
T: What’s your hobby? (教师出示词卡playing the violin)
S: I like playing the violin.
课件呈现一女孩拉小提琴的画面,
让一女生扮演画中的女孩,其他学生问,这个女生回答,
Ss: What’s your hobby?
G: I like playing the violin.
(扩展视野:教师做弹奏其他乐器的动作,如:playing the piano, pl aying the erhu, playing the guitar, 让学生猜教师的爱好。)
⑤collecting stamps
教师出示一集邮册,取出一张邮票问:What’s this? 引导学生回答: I t’s a stamp.
然后出示许多邮票(出示词卡stamps,教师领读,学生跟读,教师板书)
然后把邮票放回邮册,同时说:I often collect stamps.I like colle cting stamps.
