五、教学流程

(一)Warm-up

1. Warm-up starts with a song. The teacher leads the class to sing

the “ABC song” together. 2. Review the last lesson.

T: Great! Let’s recall the sentences we learned last time.

S: 。。。

3. Invite a student to come up to the front and talk about their

weekend.

T: Tell us about your weekend.

S1: I spent my weekend at home. I did my homework and helped my mom

with the chores.

T: Great job! Any other students want to share their weekend stories?

(这里“S”代表学生,“T”代表老师)

(二)Presentation

1. Introduce the target vocabulary for the lesson.

T: Great job, guys! Now let’s learn some new words. First, let’s

start with “read”.

S: read

T: Great! What about “book”?

S: book

T: Good job! Now let’s learn some more words.

2. Play the audio clip of the conversation.

3. Use pictures and props to aid in comprehension.

(三)Practice

1. Ask students to practice the dialogue in pairs.

T: Great job, guys! Now let’s practice the dialogue in pairs.

Partners A and B, please.

2. Play a short game to reinforce vocabulary.

T: I’m going to say a word, and you have to be the first to hold up

the correct picture. Are you ready?

S: Yes.

T: “book” 3. Ask students to read the dialogue again and answer the questions.

T: OK, now let’s read the dialogue again and answer some questions.

1. Where are the kids sitting?

A: They are sitting in the library.

(四)Production

1. Have students work in pairs to create their own dialogue using the

vocabulary and grammar structures learned in the lesson.

T: OK, now it’s your turn. Work in pairs to create your own

dialogue using the vocabulary and grammar we’ve learned today.

2. Select a few pairs to share their dialogues with the class.

3. Help students record their conversation and give feedback on

pronunciation and grammar.

(五)Homework

1. Review the vocabulary and grammar from the lesson.

2. Practice the new dialogue with a family member or friend.

3. Write a few sentences describing a place from memory.
