宿迁市虹枫老年公寓简介
宿迁市虹枫老年公寓毗邻古黄河风光带，占地100余亩，建筑面积2.5万平方米。公寓现与上海东方医院合作，探索社会养老“公办民营”新模式。
老年公寓现共有床位数310张，目前，共入住老人186名，现有管理服务和专业护理人员54名，其中医护人员15名。
老年公寓秉承“老人至上、爱心孝亲”的理念，特点是健全互动机制，实行民主管理，成立老人民主管理委员会，让老人参与伙食、服务等监督管理，及时反映老人服务需求，中心还建有棋牌室、书画室和老年教室等活动室，并配有多种文化娱乐活动设施，多途径多渠道丰富老人精神文化生活，真正实现“老有所养、老有所乐”，入住老人满意度和幸福感不断增强。

The Elderly apartments has a total of 310 beds at present, a total of 186 elderly people.There are 54 managing and professional nursing staffs , among them 15 are medical staffs.
