Today we’re going to learn about family members. Show the flashcards for uncle, aunt, and cousin. Ask students if they know who these people are. Write their answers on the board.2.T: Now, let’s lear n the English words for these family members. Show the flashcards for uncle, aunt, and cousin again. Say the words and have the students repeat after you a few times.2. 学生练习1.T: Now let’s play a game to practice the new words. Divide the class into two teams. Show a flashcard for one of the family members. The first student to raise their hand and say the correct word gets a point for their team. Continue until all students have had a turn.2.T: Now let’s practice saying the new words in complete sentences. S how a picture of a family member and ask “Who’s this/that?” Have students respond with “This/That is my uncle/aunt/cousin.”3. 巩固练习1.T: Let’s practice more. Show pictures of different family members and have students identify them and say their names.2.T: No w let’s do a worksheet to practice writing the new words. Lesson 29 Where Do They Live教材分析:本单元一共有8课,主要涉及动物及其特征、动物的栖息地及方位的表达、动物的饮食等。
除了掌握和识别词汇以外,本单元还出现了较多的供学生接触的词汇,这些额外的词汇构成了典型的英语会话所不可缺的部分,学生有必要接触,但并不是强调学生们必须去记忆这些单词,他们只需要认识理解这些单词就行了。
在本课学生要学到动物类单词和一些介词。
通过本课的学习,使学生能理解并熟练运用动物类单词:giraffe, panda, snake, zebra. 能够对他们的栖息地进行问答,Where does a _____ live? In a_____.使学生对英语有好奇心,能交流简单的信息。
学情分析:学生在本册已经学习一些表示动物的单词,也能够对他们的外形进行描述,A ________has________. 并且已经学习方位词 behind, in front of, inside, outside.另外孩子们在28课已经学习了小故事The Monkey Judge, 所有的这一切都为本课的学习打下了基础,那么本课内容的学习就变得轻松容易了,我在教学上要突出英语做为语言的交际性和实践性,促使学生活学活用。
教学理念:学习语言的目的是运用语言,因此小学英语教学的根本目的是培养学生运用英语的能力。
所以教学中必须体现学用结合,学以致用的原则,以培养学生运用英语的能力为根本。
教学策略:英语课程倡导任务型的教学模式,让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功。
在学习过程中进行情感和策略调整,以形成积极的学习态度,促进语言实际运用能力的提高。
本课教学目标:1.知识与技能:(1)理解、掌握动物类单词:giraffe,panda,snake,zebra.(2)能对他们居住地进行问答: Where does a ____ live? In a _______.(3)能熟练运用所学知识,对森林里的动物进行介绍。
