1.合同序言
1)In the spirit of friendly cooperation, the two Parties have agreed to enter into this contract and
pledge to fulfill the obligations stipulated as follows:
本着友好合作的精神，双方同意签定本合同，并保证履行如下条约：

2.聘任合同中的条款
About sick leave and absence 关于病事假的规定
1)Sick leave shall be paid as usual only on the condition that the doctor’s certificate and a
written report are submitted and that the leave does not exceed …days. Sick leave
longer than …days but within 30days will result in a deduction of 50% from the salary
of the Employed Party. The engaging Party reserves the right to terminate the contract if
Employed Party should ask for sick leave longer than 30 days.
受雇放请病假必须以书面报告形式并上交医生的书面证明，病假。
天内不扣工资，病假。
天以上，30天以内应扣50%工资，病假超过30天以上，雇方保留解聘的
权利。
2)Leave of absence shall be obtained only with the permission of the Engaging Party and
shall under no circumstances last longer than 2 consecutive days. A100% deduction
shall be made from the salary of the Employed Party according to the number of days
asked for.
受雇方请事假必须经过雇方的批准，不得连续超过2天。
凡请事假，将按天数扣除
百分之百工资。
3)Should the Employed Party be absent from his/her post without this having been
approved by the Engaging Party, a deduction of 3 days’ salary for each day absent shall
be imposed on the Employed Party as a penalty.
假如受雇方未经雇方批准，擅自离岗，则每缺席一天应扣3天工资，作为惩罚。
4)The Engaging Party reserves the right to terminate the Contract if the Employed Party
has been incapacitated by reason of ill health or accident from performing his duties and
shall have been so incapacitated for a total of 28 days.
假如受雇方因病或事故无法工作，超过28天以上，雇方保留予以解聘的权利。
3.合同的结束部分
1)revision, cancellation and termination of the contract
I.The two Parties shall abide by all the terms and conditions stipulated in the Contract. No
revision or cancellation shall be allowed unless with mutual consent.
双方必须遵守合同规定的所有条款，未经双方许可，任何一方不得擅自修改或取消
条款。
II.Any amendment of or supplement to the Contract shall be subject to the approval of the two signing parties and shall be confirmed and written down in the form of
Supplementary Agreements, to be regarded as an inseparable part of this Contract.
对本合同所做的任何修订或补充都必须经过双方的认可，并以书面形式确认成为
“补充协议”，作为本合同不可分割的组成部分。
III.Should a party request cancellation of the contract without valid reason, it shall pay for
all the economic losses that the other party may suffer.
任何一方无正当理由提出终止合同，必须赔偿另一方因此造成的一切经济损失。
2)About Appendixes 关于附录
I.All the appendixes of this contract constitute an inseparable part of the contract and shall
be equally binding upon both parties.
本合同的所有附录都是的组成部分，对双方均有约束力
3）about the date 关于合同生效日期
I.This contract takes effect on the date signed by both parties and will
automatically expire when the contract ends. If either of the two parties
requests a new contract, it should submit a written notice to the other
party three months prior to the expiration of the contract.
本合同自双方签署即日起生效，至合同期满自动作废。
如果任何
一方希望续约，必须在合同期满提前三个月用书面形式通知另一方。
