上海某工业区余热利用供冷热系统方案分析徐铭明华东电力设计院有限公司摘要:介绍了某工业区蒸汽冷凝水余热回收利用系统,利用余热产出冷、热能提供给园区内的企业,实现能源梯级利用。
同时,针对系统负荷分布特性,合理设置水蓄能装置利用峰谷分时电价政策,达到电力“削峰填谷”,节约运行成本。
通过系统方案介绍及经济性测算,为相似的工业区余热可利用场景提供思路和参考。

鲁胜公司采出水主要集中在集输总站和坨28分水站,日产水量分别为7500m 3/d 和4300m 3/d。
由于坨28分水站只进行分水,尚不具备热量综合利用条件,故选择具备条件的集输总站进行了采出油田采出水余热回收利用CCER 项目实践与认识申世峰(胜利油田分公司鲁胜石油开发有限责任公司)摘要:鲁胜公司集输总站每日产生45~80℃的采出水7500m 3,余热长期没法回收利用;需购买蒸汽和燃气加热集输原油到80℃才能达到沉降脱水要求,产生大量有毒烟气污染环境;人工现场巡护抄录,费时费力,效率低,安全性差。
针对上述问题,鲁胜公司采用能源管控系统和安全生产管理平台,建设油田采出水余热智慧回收利用CCER 项目系统,高温采出水采用换热器热交换技术,直接将热量交换给原油,低温采出水采用热泵技术回收其余热,将低品位热能提质,制取高温热水,再通过换热器将热量交换给原油;利用安全生产管理平台,实时在线监控监测和采集余热回收参数,全面有效利用余热,节约能源保护环境,双碳背景下,建设智慧化绿色集输总站。
