课题：《（精通）新版小学英语四年级下册》第六单元第32课一、教材分析动物是学生很感兴趣的话题之一，在本套教材体系中，与之有相关的单元分别有：三上Unit3 Look at me；三上Unit 5 What colour is it？；三下Unit5 It’s a parrot；四上Unit6 I am tall等。
本课时特色主要是创设“参观动物园”的情境让学生理解语言、用英语做事情。
这一节课充分利用老师的学法指导让学生在小组讨论合作中思考并谈论动物的对话，通过多个活动让学生在实际情景中运用英语，在听听，说说，唱唱，玩玩，演演中体验英语学习的乐趣。
第六单元主要是学习介绍动物，在真实的语境中应用本单元的单词，句型并结合自己对人物动物的认知进行准确地描述。
第32课是单元的中间课，是在学生学会制定游览计划和描述动物园中的动物后，来到动物园观看长颈鹿和骆驼的真实情景，通过学习内容引导学生在已经初步了解了如何描述动物特点的语句基础上，能够学习本课的重点句型，使学生能够能够运用本课的短语和句子。
二、学情分析学生英语学习以三年级为起点，一年多以来，他们学过身体部位、颜色、动物、形容词等与本话题相关联的词汇，所以本节课教师在课前的游戏，歌曲，视频，尽量激活学生的知识储备，为本单元学习做好准备。
在四年级上册学过表达高、矮、大、小等形容词，学生对于描述动物的特征等功能性语言初步感知，在此基础上学习本课能够进一步习得描述动物的句型，同时通过观察能够将语言运用到真实的生活实际当中，从而提高自己的语言表达能力。
三、教学目标（一）、语言能力目标1. 语音：能正确流利地朗读课文；在朗读中注意特殊疑问句降调。
2.词汇：（1）能听说读写bear，panda，monkey （2）能听说读giraffe，camel3. 句型：能正确理解和运用下列句型Come along ! What’s this in English?It’s a …It’s has …4.语用目标：（1）能用英语询问动物的英文名称；（2）能进行2个或2个以上话轮的对话谈论动物。
Lesson32 教学设计一、教学内容与分祈1. Just talk本部分通过教师组织同学们在动物园观看长颈鹿和骆驼的真实场景，引出要学习的目标语言What’s this in English? It’s a giraffe. It’s a camel.通过师生之间的听描述猜动物、听指令做动作等活动，激励学生主动感知、模仿、学习和体验，引导学生能够运用Come along. The ... is so ... It has ...等功能语句发指令、做介绍，在真实语境中进行交际。
主要目标语言：Wha t’s this in English?I t’s a giraffe.2.Just read and write本部分重点教学词汇。
利用长颈鹿和骆驼的画面，要求学生能够听、说、认读giraffe, camel；能够听、说、读、写monkey, panda, bear，并能在四线格中规范书写；进一步巩固What’s this in English? It’s a /an ...语句，并把词汇融入句子中进行学习、操练。
在对话交流的过程中完成目标词汇的学习是本部分设计的特点。
3. Let’s chant本部分设计了一首有节奏的chant，学生在学习并说唱歌谣的过程中，进一步巩固本课主要词汇camel, giraffe，同时读准它们的复数形式。
学生可以通过创编新歌谣的活动，激活思雄，以达到巩固和运用本课目标语言的目的。
二、课前准备1. 准备七幅动物园场景图，将全班分为七大组，开展小组活动。
2. 准备giraffe, camel, monkey, panda, bear的生词卡片、玩具和教学图片，创设情景，引导学生学习。
3. 准备不同动物的小图片，奖励表现出色的学生，力求每位学生人手一张，既做为评价依据，又为学生提供语言交流的道具。
也可课前给学生布置任务，学生自己画好带到课堂。
4. 课前在黑板上准备好四线格，板书四会单词时使用。
