在英语中，表示“某处有某物”的常用句型是There be …由于该句型与have容易混淆，因此是英语教学中的重点和难点。
在教学中，教师应充分利用身边的物品，创设直观、真切的情景，让学生始终是在真实的情景中理解、操练和运用该句型。
学情分析：从小培养孩子的环境意识，引导孩子从我做起，从身边的小事做起，人人都来保护环境做出自己的一份贡献，是英语教学的任务之一。

学习任务为：What is he/she doing? He/She is ...Do you have...? Yes, I do./No, I don’t.二、学情分析本课的授课对象是小学五年级学生，他们生性开朗、好动，对英语学习有深刻的兴趣，且具备了一定的英语知识和技能，如能听懂、会说并运用句型I’m…；知道想现在进行时的表达方式；熟悉write的表达及运用；能够听懂、认读What is he/she doing?句型。
因此，在本课的教学中，教师应从学生已有的知识出发，设计生动开朗，形式多样的活动，吸引学生的注意力，激活他们的思维，使其能够在积极、主动的状态下学习知识，以期取得优良的学习效果。
