乔布斯和比尔·盖茨名人故事第一篇：乔布斯和比尔·盖茨名人故事1985年4月，苹果公司董事会剥夺了乔布斯的经营大权，迫使他于1985年9月17日辞去董事长愤而出走，开始二次创业。
乔布斯辞职后，“苹果”陷入一片混乱，产品滞销导致连年亏损，到1997年，亏损高达10亿多美元，公司濒临破产。

打这么高的分有几个原因，首先，这本书让我读起来很有意思，有一种迫不及待想读完的感觉，虽然很厚；其次，对近代的IT界的发展有一个大致的介绍，让我们这些非IT人士对电子信息行业的发展有所了解；第三，对乔布斯这个人有所了解。

这部电影没有给我们展示任何的实施步骤，也没有一个连贯的故事发展过程供我们参摹，但是看完以后，我真的受到了很大的触动，也许在给我们灌输一种理念：激情、理智、手段、概念、机遇、信仰、团队；一种思想：博弈。
苹果的总裁，斯蒂夫是一个充满激情的家伙，他对人极度苛刻，我不认为他的苛刻是一种成功的理念。
因为他丧失了人心，迫使别人对他阳奉阴违，打击了员工的积极性。
假若苹果的诞生时间是当代，当然现实中任何事情都没有假若这一说法，我们暂且就当是从我们现代人出发，从我们即将成为时代的主人的这一代人出发来考虑那件事给我们的启示的话，他所赋予苹果人的那种他所信仰的文化是行不通的，当今青年是复杂人他们的需求是尊重，平等，一定的自由空间，他们需要的是为他们所信仰的价值奋斗，而这种价值获得绝不是苹果总裁的那种方式所能行得通的。
文化理念这种无形的确实极其重要的管理形式，已经成为了新生行业，企业的重要组成部分，这份软制约，可以起到的作用不容置疑的，其实他应该是来源于宗教的启示，或者探求更为根本的就是对人性的符合，对人的管理的根本简而言之，使之服从，激发其创造性，为组织服务。

16年前(1995年)，我制作《书呆子的胜利》节目时采访了乔布斯。
1985年乔布斯被他自己引荐的CEO John Sculley排挤出苹果，接受采访时，乔布斯正在经营他创办的NeXT公司。

多年来我们一直以为再也看不到完整的采访，然而几天前导演Paul Sen在车库里发现了一份VHS拷贝。
乔布斯生前很少接受电视采访，如此精彩的访谈更是罕见，它记录了乔布斯的坦率、非凡的魅力和独特的视野。
为了向这位奇人致敬，我们几乎一刀未剪，大部分内容是首次公布于众。
结缘计算机与创业搭档Bob：你是怎么与个人计算机结缘的？乔布斯：我第一次见到计算机是10或11岁，很难回忆当年的情景，我可不是故作老成……大约30多年前，见过电脑的人不多，即使见到，也是在电影里。
电影里的计算机都是装有开盘机的大柜子，闪闪发光，真正了解计算机功能和原理的人不多，有机会接触计算机的人更是寥寥无几。
我有幸在NASA Ames研究中心见到一台，那不是一台完整的计算机，只是一台分时共享的终端机。
设备非常简陋，连显示器都没有，只是一台带键盘的电传打印机：你在键盘上输入指令耐心等待，然后它会哒哒哒地输出结果。
即便如此这玩意也太奇妙了，尤其是对十岁的男孩而言。
你可以用Basic语言或Fortran语言编写程序，机器接受并执行你的设想，然后把结果告诉你，如果结果和设想的一样，说明程序见效了。
这太让人激动了，我完全给计算机迷住了，当然计算机对我而言仍然有些神秘，因为真正的计算机藏在电缆的另一端，而我从未见过。
打那以后我总想着计算机，后来我参加了在惠普组织的兴趣小组，12岁时我打电话给Bill Hewlett(惠普创始人比尔·休利特)，他当时住在惠普。
当时所有电话号码都印在号码簿里，只要翻电话号码簿，就能查到他的电话。

And, you know, that was fun. So we were working together. The schedules were uncertain. The quality was uncertain. And the price...When Steve first came up, it was gonna be an a lot cheaper computer than it end up being. But that was fine.So we made this bet that this paradigm shift would be the graphic interface. Particularly the Macintosh willmake it happen with 128K of memory. 22k of which was for the screen buffer, 14k was for the operating system.盖茨：哦，3万1千美金。

Bill: In a few cases like the Zune, if you go over to that group. They think of Apple as the competitor. They love the fact that Apple has created a giganticmarket. And they are gonna try and come in and contribute something to that. We love them, 'coz they are all customers. The same processors essentially that the Mac had this is one of those great ironies，that they were switching away from that processor, while the Xbox 360 was adopting it. But for good reasons, actually in both cases. We try and do things that way.
