申请说明：
1. 填写郑州大学师资博士后进站申请表，1份（A4正反打印）。
2. 同时登陆中国博士后网站，登陆申请、网上填写相关资料，扫描上传身份证、学位证（无学位证提供盖红章的答辩决议）。
系统打印1份。
3. 填写博士后科研流动站设站单位学术部门考核意见表。
由设站学院院长签字、该院盖章。

4. 填写博士后研究人员进站审核表，2份（A4正反打印）。
统招统分博士毕业生身份证明由博士毕业院校的研究生院或就业指导中心填写。
5. 填写博士后研究人员登记表一份。
6.另外提供个人身份证复印件、学位证（无学位证提供盖红章的答辩决议）复印件，各1份。
