旧瓶装新酒 "铭"naim nap140再制作2013-05-31 09:15:45 来源: 发布者:ddzxf 版权:原创[书签]:naimnap 140英国名机功放DIY收藏评论:0点击:61987导读:Naim"铭"是英国名牌音响厂家,Naim给人的感觉是低调、沉实,不尚花巧,但用料精良,保证"靓声",而价钱则比竞争结手贵出少许,但以价论货,却...Naim"铭"是英国名牌音响厂家,Naim给人的感觉是低调、沉实,不尚花巧,但用料精良,保证"靓声",而价钱则比竞争结手贵出少许,但以价论货,却从来不会给人"抢钱"的感觉.因为Naim的用家通常都很忠心,甚少更换,要"升级"的话,也只会购买Naim的更高档产品,故此Naim产制的音响器材很少在二手市场流通.naim nap-140是naim于1986年推出的一款功率放大器,直到2002年才推出新的nap150所取代,但电路结构几乎没有改变,从这点上看naim可以说是相当顽固.上图为nap140电路图.也是naim运用于其各类放大器产品的主要电路.nap140的内部结构十分简洁而又赏心悦目,极具美感,其制作过程全部由人工手工一人完成,因此品质非常有保障.一、仿制的原因当下发烧界较为浮躁,有的烧友不惜血本制作几十公斤的大甲、有的徘徊在1875、厚膜、1969等集成、早期电路中乐此不疲.而作为功放的中坚力量占市场99%的分立乙类放大器(实为为甲乙类,因为偏流极小故一般称为乙类)却涉足不多,一方面因为分立的电路大多较为复杂,制作难度相对要大一点.二方面对乙类功放的成见始终没有放下.事实上,我们所制作的分立乙类放大器都不是纯乙类,在静态时,一般都有几十ma到1、200ma的电流流过,故不存在交越失真,而科技的发展,大功率高频开关管的使用,也令开关失真减少到人耳无法察觉的地步.乙类放大器和甲类放大器目前音质上已经是并驾齐驱、互有胜负,不存在哪个比哪个好这样的问题,这是在音响界已经得到公认的.nap140电路简洁,每声道才10个晶体管(出去保护电路),它作为世界名机的成功,的确有值得我们研究和深思的地方.沿着nap成功的足迹,进行仿制,无疑是步入发烧殿堂的一条简捷之路.二、电路分析nap140电路初看极为普通,似乎没有任何高明之处,而仔细分析和仿真却得出令人吃惊的结论.第一级由tr1\tr2组成差分输入,其集电极的电阻分别为1k和22k的取值十分耐人寻味,仿真的结果改变任何一个电阻的数值都会让失真加大或者中点电位变大,而这一级的放大倍数仅为5倍, 这种射级不加反馈电阻却能保证第一级放大倍数很小使得总体负反馈量变小的做法的确令人称道.第一级、第二级均由恒流源供电,保证了电路的稳定性,而推动输出没有采用对称互补结构而是采用准互补结构,这样偶次谐波不被抵消,听感更加自然.如采用互补对称结构则会抵消偶次谐波,而抵消不了奇次谐波,听感反而会变差.更令人惊奇的是整个电路竟没有一个退偶电容、也没有一个旁路电容.却保证了电路的稳定和充沛的推力,这得益于精心设计的电路板布局.检视其印制板,其地线设计十分有趣,整个印板的地线就两个点,完全没有其他印板到处都弯弯曲曲的遍布地线,而接地点均直接从电容地直接引入,的确高明之致.nap140选用钽电容作为反馈和耦合,我觉得没有什么值得吃惊的地方,它主要是还调声的需要.运用其他电容也可以达到同样的目的.nap140的声音韵味极佳,台湾烧友称其模拟味十足,堪称功放中的1541.在数码音源为主的今天,采用它放音乐,更能体现音乐的美.三、仿制目标1、总成本控制在500元左右.2、音质近似原装机的水平.3、推力达到或超过原装机的水平.4、韵味和音乐感优秀.四、仿制过程仿制的第一步是获得一块直刻的电路板,因为nap140没有采用一个退偶电容和旁路电容,其电路板的设计必定是经过千锤百炼的精妙设计,故没有必要画蛇添足自行设计.图为笔者网购的nap140直刻电路板,质量相当好.仿制的第二步是元件选择,有朋友在仿制名机时一味追求采用名机一样的元件,认为这样就可以得到原机的声音实在有失偏颇.名机的仿制也是一个去粗取精\去伪存真的过程.众所周知,即便是同一个品牌型号的名机,其不同时期\不同批次的产品其元件都有所不同,有的竟大相径庭,比如nap140早期就是金封管,后期则采用三肯塑封管,而nad的产品不同批次的竟然连电容都不一样,而他们的声音表现却没有什么太大的差别.这次制作决定功率管采用新型器件UHC-MOS,并同时采用三极管制作进行比较.先对UHC-MOS.输出进行仿真,由于元件库没有k2967,采用irfp240代替,其结果是近似一样的.仿真中对推动管下臂的二极管加入和取下进行比较,结果是不用二极管失真要小一些.背面的搪锡处理是必须在焊接元件前就做的工作元件选择应围绕音色特点进行认真权衡和考虑.第一级差分管选用飞利浦原装BC546,恒流管选用ON的2N5551,电压放大选用B647\D667,推动管选用B649\D669.补偿管选用bd139,用导线引出固定于大管上.这些三极管都是欧洲名机喜爱运用的名管,其音质早有定论,且价格便宜.阻容元件的选用是音色的关键,也是最考功力的地方.本电路小电阻全部选用飞利浦1/4瓦金属膜电阻,引脚粗壮,令人信心十足,毕竟是一台没有保护的功放,虽然电阻对音色影响不大,但优质的电阻更加可靠.小电容选用银云母或cbb电容,最关键的两个电容反馈电容选用elna silmicII 100uf ,这种电容通透细腻,特别适合与反馈电路.耦合电容选用化工金字AVF 47UF,化工这种电容完全不同于其他日系电容,声音有一种欧洲人特有贵气,非常适合于本电路,之所以选用电解电容是因为电解电容听感比薄膜电容水头更足,更润泽一些.滤波电容采用思碧10000uf 50V,取其低音结实有力,凝聚力好的特点.整流二极管选用摩托罗拉手榴弹高速二极管,这种二极管声音透明度高且圆润不毛躁.电源变压器选用330W 英国品牌环形变压器(130元淘来的),交流双25V输出,整流后是直流+-35V.音量电位器选用20K A型,经反复试听试验,20k的电位器音色最为清脆悦耳,换50k的则音色明显变差.本电路保护电路作用不大,且动作时或引起产生直流,故没有安装.仿真的电路末级采用新型器件超大电流场效应管UHC-mos(平均电流30A,瞬时电流120A)的目的是为了采用一对管的情况下获得更大的推力,本电路一对管克毫不费力的推动4欧甚至2欧的负载.据了解,nap新的旗舰nap-500亦是采用输出电流达80A的超大电流管,不过他把型号抹去了,打上了自己的编号.所以,这种改动应该来说对音质提升是有积极意义的.下面的电路是仿真的电路,关键的地方予以保留,其改动主要是适应UHC-mos的偏置电流.除此之外,第一级恒流源负载由620欧改为470欧,是通过反复仿真得来的,此时失真最小且中点电位最低.五,制作调试要点1、由于mos管开启电压高,补偿电路要做适当调整,2k7电阻改为3.3k,可调电阻改为1k,1.2k电阻断开.2、调试时先不接末级功率管.测试中点电位应在50mv以内.上图为末级采用k851调试的情形.为了比较同时装了一块用三肯音频专用管2sc3519制作的三极管输出电路进行比较.总装配六、测试和听音评价使用信号发生器和示波器进行信号测试,负载用8欧并联0.1uf电容,从10hz到50k波形完美,看不出畸变和震荡.方波响应良好试听的碟片有《江河水》《王菲-天空》《流浪者之歌》《民歌蔡琴》《约翰斯特莱斯家族圆舞曲》五张经典碟片.声音不慢不紧,有一种欧洲人特有的绅士风度和贵气,而又中气十足,播放大动态具有雷霆万钧的动态,毫不脚软.声场凝聚力高、音场还原如身临其境.王菲的人声磁性十足,十分空灵而又不觉空虚,是一种实在的声音.声音的确模拟味十足,似比胆机更具有胆味,由于采用了比nap更好的元件和更好的电源,制作完全达到了预期目标.不得不对nap运用如此简单的电路打造出世界名机的水平更为佩服.。

最值得珍藏的古董音響所謂的古董音響Vintage Audio,不是看器材的外觀是不是古色古香,而是指約70 年代(含) 之前所生產,而且稱得上是經典(或至少優秀) 的產品。
在這裡,我們放寬標準,把一些80 年代的傑出器材也列入,讓你有更多機種可以參考,選擇。
...論頻寬、解析、動態,古董音響"大多" 不是現代音響的對手,但是,精準又乾淨的聲音一定令人滿意嗎?!事實證明,聽音樂,絕對不只是科學、科技上的追求而已。
古董音響因為...1. 音樂性絕佳,具有大多數現代音響所沒有的獨特感染力。
2. 零件多為真材實料,且多採手工搭棚方式製造,經久耐用。
3. 外觀具獨特風格,對喜好復古的人,有莫名的吸引力。
4. 價格較現代音響產品合理太多(部分炒作過度者除外)。
因而持續受到許多特定音響迷的喜愛。
...不過,想玩古董音響得先有"心理準備"。
撇開外觀的老舊、生鏽、傷痕... 不談,內部零件的老化,甚至毀壞,通常無可避免,勢必要翻新(摩改)。
但大規模的整修,除了得花上不少錢(可能不比買一台老機器便宜),還得擔心原有的老零件難尋,若拿現代零件取代,又可能喪失原有的韻味的尷尬局面(尤其是前級)。
不喜歡"麻煩" 的人,最好三思,要不要踏入古董音響的領域?!...另外,由於本地的氣候潮濕,就算你有幸從國外找得保存狀況良好的器材,也不免很快就鏽蝕斑斑。
建議用防鏽油,定期擦拭保養,才能讓她永保美麗。

Naim是英国名牌音响厂家,Naim给人的感觉是低调、沉实,不尚花巧,但用料精良,保证“靓声”,而价钱则比竞争结手贵出少许,但以价论货,却从来不会给人“抢钱”的感觉。
因为Naim的用家通常都很忠心,甚少更换,要“升级”的话,也只会购买Naim的更高档产品,故此Naim产制的音响器材很少在二手市场流通。
Naim的创始人叫Julian Vereker,这个人虽然不是三岁就会作曲,五岁就能上台演奏,但也是天纵英才。
1973年正式创立Naim事实上,Capital Radio的生意是他音响事业的起点。
在那年(1973年),他与另外一个合伙人Shirely Clarke一起创办了Naim Audio,开始了Naim的公司营运迄今。
来年,Julian Vereker遇见一位发烧迷,还自己制造LP唱盘,那个人就是Linn的老板Ivor Tiefenbrun。
二人一见如故,惺惺相惜,于是结伴到全世界推销自己的产品,后来台湾同一家公司代理也是这样来的。
从那时开始,Naim与Linn的事业蒸蒸日上,1985年还获得英国出口贡献的皇后奖,并在次年于芝加哥成立北美Naim公司。
