某铅锌银多金属硫化矿选矿工艺研究王李鹏,任琳珠(西北矿冶研究院矿物工程研究所甘肃省白银市730900)摘要:针对某铅锌银多金属硫化矿矿石性质特点,综合考虑经济效益因素,提出采用铅部分优先-铅锌混合浮选工艺流程,配合采用选择性好的新型铅矿物捕收剂D25和新型锌矿物抑制剂T8,较好的实现了该矿石的综合回收。
实验室小型闭路试验获得铅精矿铅、银品位分别为70.30%、5886.55 g/t,回收率分别为48.27%、30.65%;铅锌混合精矿铅、锌、银品位分别为15.24%、45.06%、2846.36g/t,回收率分别为46.38%、93.25%、65.67%,铅、银总回收率94.65%、96.32%的较好指标。
