大赛程序：大赛四个赛段：选拔赛、初赛、复赛和决赛，全省组委会提供题型，各分赛区组委会组织比赛。
比赛环节：
选拔赛：
笔试综合：
考核内容：选手在规定的时间60分钟内完成答卷。
主要考察其语言功底。
初赛：笔试（听力）+口试
考核内容：听力部分选手在规定的时间30分钟内完成答卷。
口试部分是1分钟自备演讲。
复赛：口试
半命题演讲＋编故事
考核内容：演讲题目由大赛组委会提前公布，选手须提前准备。
演讲时间为60秒，无现场准备时间。
编故事是现场抽题，有词汇、短语或短句组成。
决赛：即席演讲+即兴交流两个部分。
考核内容：选手现场抽题，在规定的时间内用所给的内容，准备时间为60秒，作答时间为90秒。
即兴交流部分：评委和选手交流，可以针对演讲内容。
二、评分标准：
1、内容（20分）：内容充实，结构清晰、完整，有新意；
2、语音语调（20分）：发音正确、清楚，表达自然准确；
3、流畅性（10分）：表达流畅，语速适中；
4、词汇和语法（15分）：用词恰当，无语法错误；
5、风度（10分）：表现力强，有较好的台风并能有生动的肢体语言；
6、交流应变能力（15分）：反应敏捷、正确，能够恰当地与他人沟通；
7、整体评价（10分）：综合表现协调一致，自然大方。

央视希望之星英语风采大赛初中组具体比赛流程
第一轮：海选
内容：1、口语测试—抽签决定自己朗读的内容，小低组为抽取一幅图片，说出图片上的一些事物名称以及大小，颜色等信息。
小高组和初中组为抽取一篇短文，短文均取自学校英语教材（学生无需提前做准备），向评委朗读出短文，应做到语音语调准确，朗读流利，语速适中。
可根据情况添加适量的动作与表情。
2、评委问答-----评委会根据选手抽签的文章或图片提问2-3个问题，听清评委的问题，并给出适当的回答。
上述两个过程大约为每人3分钟，请学员按照短信上要求的时间准时到校。
参赛费用：免费；晋级率：约90%
第二轮：初赛。
内容：1、才艺展示---选手根据自身的准备情况，以英语为主题的素材，以唱歌、跳舞、讲故事、朗诵（不限制），配音等表现形式在1分钟内展示英语口语应用能力水平。
不能使用乐器或伴奏音乐。
2、自命题演讲---选手根据本次比赛的命题要求“把爱传出去”，可以讲一个故事，体现对家人的爱，对朋友的爱，或者对大自
然的爱，对小动物植物的爱都可以。
也可以成为议论文，讲述你对爱心的理解。
自己提前准备好演讲材料，时间限制为1分钟。
大约100词。
考察参赛者在有所准备的情况下所展现的最佳状态。
3、互动英文问答-----参赛者需要现场准确灵活地回答评委老师现场提出的问题。
问题通常会和才艺展示和命题演讲的内容有关。
参赛费用：60元；晋级率：约70%
第三轮：复赛
内容：1、才艺展示----选手根据自身的准备情况，以英语为主题的素材，以唱歌、跳舞、讲故事、朗诵（不限制）等表现形式在1分钟内展示英语口语应用能力水平。
2、抽题演讲----我们选取构成style这个单词的五个字母STYLE。
选手上台之后将抽出这五个字母中的任何一个字母，可能是
S,也可能是T,也可能是Y，L或E。
拿到自己所选出的字母之后，要迅速用这个字母开头组成一个单词，然后进行1分钟的演讲。
举例说明：如果选手抽到的字母是E,那么你联想到的单词可以是English。
那么你就可以围绕English这个单词进行1分钟的个人演讲。
其他备选单词：super, eye, try, you, family…个人可以随意组合
3、互动英文问答-----参赛者需要现场准确灵活地回答评委老师现场提出的问题。
参赛费用：50元；晋级率：xx赛区30人左右。
补充说明：鉴于家长普遍反映此环节准备的难度较大，经与上级组委会沟通，小低组学员可以提前任选准备一个字母，然后组合单词进行演讲，无须五个字母都准备。
小高组学员和初中组学员要提前任选两个字母，然后组合单词进行演讲，也就是说小高组学员要提前准备两篇文章来演讲。
现场从准备的两个字母中抽取一个进行演讲。
其它项目不变。
第四轮：xx市决赛:
第一轮比赛
第一环节：英文个性化出场秀 1.5分钟，禁止使用伴奏带和大型乐器（架子鼓，钢琴，大型的电子琴）20分
展示形式：英文个性化出场秀是指“出场秀风采”此环节的实质还是才艺和英语表达能力的一个结合，和初赛、复赛展示形式不同的是，出场秀还将个性化作为了评分标准，我们鼓励选手能够给我们带来内容有新意，有创意，知识面广，能够集中反映个人的综合英语能力和知识素养的出场形式。
此环节的具体表现形式：（形式万千，题材不限以下仅是简单例举以便让大家更好的理解本环节）
1、Golden voice of Star of outlook：选手上台后用40秒的时间演唱自己最喜欢的英文歌曲，随后有50秒的时间，告诉在场的观众和评委为什么喜欢这首歌，歌曲的创作背景，歌手的名字等歌曲信息，以及这首英文歌曲给了你怎样的鼓励或启发。
英文歌曲的种类有：Hip-hop,Jazz, Folk music, Classic, R&B, Pop, Rock等。
2、舞蹈：40-50秒英语，40-50秒的舞蹈；或者用英语解说舞蹈动作，边说边舞蹈）舞蹈的表现形式有Contemporary, Hip-hop, Ballroom, Broadway, Tap等多种。
3、表演：可以演一些舞台剧，可以是自编自导的小剧，也可以是著名的小说的片断。
4、COSPLAY：利用服装、饰品、道具以及化妆来扮演大家耳熟能详的人物角色。
总之，我秀我闪亮，选手们可以淋漓尽致的去发挥，秀出最出彩的自己！
第二环节：规定命题演讲（命题方向和省赛靠拢）30分

现场抽取命题：图片题/话题，2选1
①图片题：给出10个图片题，抽签决定讲哪个图片，锻炼孩子的看图说话，临场应变和语言组织能力。
②话题：给出10个话题，抽签决定讲哪个主题，锻炼选手的理解题意和表达想法的能力，思维拓展和语言组织能力。
此环节的命题方向将围绕以下和美德相关的词汇展开：

展示形式：比赛时，大屏幕会提供四个“关键单词”，选手要围绕关键单词（故事中必须出现关键词汇），用英语讲出属于自己的小故事。
比如给定关键词：Monday Rainy School Teacher,选手要围绕四个关键单词发挥想象，完成属于自己的小故事，要求内容清新、符合英语表达方式。
也同时希望选手能够根据不同的关键单词，彰显自己的个性。
不同的字母，不同的单词，不同的自我。
不一样的演讲，不一样的希望之星！
第四环节：有问必答（1分钟）20分
选手和评委老师之间的互动交流。
备注：小学低年级、小学高年级、初中、高中四个组别的比赛环节是一样的，不同的是试题的难度会有区分。
第五轮：xx省决赛；第六轮：全国总决赛。
