中国中铁项目物资管理信息系统V7.0 操作说明书中国中铁物资管理中心陕西梦龙科技开发有限公司2015年3月目录第一部分：系统简介第二部分：集团公司级管理员操作手册第三部分：子分公司级管理员操作手册第四部分：项目部材料员操作手册第五部分：项目部工区材料员操作手册第六部分：项目部库管员操作手册（条码管理手册）第七部分：项目部司磅员操作手册第一部分系统简介为贯彻落实中国中铁股份公司全面预算管理和精细化管理的要求，进一步完善物资管理信息化建设，提高现场物资收发及核算信息化管理水平，中国中铁物资管理中心要求我公司对中国中铁项目物资管理信息系统进行全面升级，确定中国中铁项目物资管理信息系统V7.0、中国中铁电子商务系统、中国中铁ERP系统基础数据共用中国中铁物资基础平台信息，通过物资过程控制等手段，延伸开发出条码管理子系统、物资过磅影像子系统，实现物资验收、盘点、发放的自动化，加强物资现场管理过程控制，实现现场物资管理实时化，满足各级管理部门工作要求。
中国中铁物资管理系统实施小组成员通过四年多时间的努力，中国中铁物资管理系统推广使用已取得比较好的效果，在中国中铁物资管理中心领导的安排下，这几年我公司技术人员深入项目部现场调研分析，发现在中国中铁各工程局物资管理普遍存在以下几方面的管理难点：1、在项目部层面物资管理难点有以下几个方面：A、项目部物资帐与实物不符，物资追溯难以建立；B、实物现场收发不规范，发票滞后，预点收量大且不规范，造成工程成本不真实；C、地材管理问题比较多，亏损比较普遍；D、砼超耗严重；E、项目部物资月度需用计划因受其他部门工作制约，不能按时编制提交；F、工程管理部门收方不及时，成本分析数据不能及时提供。
2、公司层管理难点有以下几个方面：A、因项目部不能及时提供物资需用计划，集中采购数量难以及时报送；B、供应商数量比较大，大宗物资及战略供应商集中供应物资数量难统计；C、以前大多采用分散式管理，管理层各种数据报表不能自动生成，各种消耗指标难以建立，不能给经营及管理工作提供比较及时、准确的数据；D、因项目部过程控制不严谨，导致公司成本分析不准确，精细化管理难以实现。
四公司中国中铁财务信息系统核算规范指南中国中铁财务信息系统核算规范指南（试行稿）为了规范各单位使用中国中铁CRECFIS2.0财务信息系统（以下简称“核算系统”），统一核算口径，明细核算内容；在集团公司的核算框架内，依照核算系统的具体功能，结合公司治理需求，特对核算系统制定本规范指南，请各单位遵照执行。
一、系统爱护原则1.会计科目爱护按集团和公司统一要求处理，不得自行增加科目。
需要在统一爱护之外单独增加私有明细科目的，应先向公司报告，公司研究有必要建立全公司统一私有明细科目的，公司将规范并公布科目名称及核算内容，供各会计主体使用。
公司研究没有必要建立全公司统一私有明细科目的，将给予处理建议意见，供需增设核算的会计主体参考使用。
2.辅助科目爱护必须按公司规范设置予以爱护，不得自行随意改动和增减编码及核算名称。
需要在统一爱护之外单独增加私有辅助科目的，应在私有辅助一至五中选择使用。
辅助科目中重点关注项目核算辅助，项目核算辅助是公司层面统一各单位辅助核算而采取的一种规范化设置，既方便各会计主体日常核算，也便于汇总层面数据查询。
项目核算辅助的要紧目的是通过辅助核算能够达到建立相关台账的功能，减少建立相关台账的工作量，因此同时会增加核算时的工作量。
3.为了便于核算系统数据衔接和相关辅助核算生成台账的需要，涉及成本类和损益类科目、以及辅助核算科目，都要在年初余额爱护中把借贷开累数据录入。
在建项目和新上项目必须按照规范指南要求进行年初余额爱护，收尾和清算项目可依照本项目情形能够不录入涉及辅助核算的借贷开累数据，然而涉及成本类和损益类科目的借贷开累数据需要录入。
4.所有明细科目除“客户往来”和“人员核算”辅助核算科目需要生成辅助明细账外，其他辅助核算科目均不需生成。
“项目核算”中只有“业主往来”、“个人往来”、“劳务往来”和“内部往来”辅助核算科目需要生成辅助明细账外，其他“项目核算”中的辅助核算科目均不需生成。

否则将出现仅导出前1万条数据，数据不完整的问题。
（2）、如企业某月数据量超过65535条记录，须安装excel2007，方能一次性保存超大数据量的电子表格，否则将出现仅导出65535条记录，数据不完整的问题。
