牛津高中英语模块六第四单元Module 6 Unit 4 The UN-- bringing everyone closer together (reading )海州高级中学郑晶晶一.指导思想thoughts on design阅读教学是一种动态教学或活动教学,也是完成任务的过程。
我将通过自学提出质疑,通过讨论交流展示,通过图表精讲点拨,通过表演拓展延伸等环节高效的组织阅读教学,大量地进行语言实践,使英语课堂交际化,有效地培养学生听、说、读、写的基本技能,从而提高运用英语进行交际的能力。
二.设计理念1. 通过给学生创设问题情景,图文并茂,充分调动学生的积极性,使学生自主学习,让学生成为问题的“发现者”,然后学生与学生进行合作性的探究,让老师成为问题的“点拨者”。
当然,在整个教学过程中,教师也是学生学习的合作者、引导者和参与者,形成师生互助,但教师要“少动”,学生要“多动”,多给学生自由发展的平台。
2. 本课以一个联合国亲善大使的身份介绍联合国的概况,着重介绍联合国怎样在Helping people around the world方面的工作。
通过阅读课本的基本组成部分,本节课形式多样,层层推进,极大的激发了学生的好奇心和求知欲,从而使学生对英语学习产生浓厚的兴趣,意识到英语学习的重要性,对英语学习有更大的热情与渴望,逐步文化意识,具有强烈的民族自豪感并将中国的传统精神传扬发扬光大。
